Located in the strict centre of Billund, right next to the Lego House and within 15 minutes on foot of Legoland. Very clean and tidy (true to the pictures), with all the necessary household appliance (and extras provided by the owners - as the external heater that was already in place when we arrived, due to very cold weather during our stay), a comfortable bed and a huge flat screen TV with various streaming services available. Very nice and communicative owners, quick to answer, messaged us all the necessary information before our arrival. I would definitely book it again!

The town itself is dull and unremarkable, completely lacking character. The main attraction is Legoland, which is truly worth recommending. The Lego House absolutely amazed me—we had planned to spend 4 hours there but ended up staying for more than 8. The area around the town is green, with pleasant campsites. I think it’s an interesting place for cycling trips, but I wouldn’t want to stay overnight in the city center.

The farm was everything we hoped for and more!

The farm was everything we hoped for and more! We were so impressed with the family friendly environment, the comfortable apartment and we had everything we needed. We were treated so kindly and the owner went above and beyond to help us! We would highly recommend this location and would have stayed so much longer if we could have. Our kids cannot stop talking about our time at the Denmark Farm!

Everything is in walking distance.

Everything is in walking distance. It was clean, quiet and friendly. English predominantly spoken EVERYWHERE. Much more to see then just little yellow bricks. A brilliant aqua dome, Lalandia. The outside, in the sky adventure park, WOW park. The history of Lego, museums, the food was of excellent quality and large portions. Plenty of shops. Great outdoor activities with fountains and walkways. A FREE local round robin shuttle service that even takes you to and from the airport and the centre. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants for all tastes. Gastro pub was a good hit. Just don't ask for the class LARGE burger. Too much.

We only visited legoland for the trip.

We only visited legoland for the trip. The legoland resort and hotel are near Billund airport, a 5 minutes drive away. Most of the food in this area are western food, so it would be a plus if we can have Asian food. Legoland is a good attraction, but perhaps due to winter period some of the rides are not opened. They extended the opening hours for Saturdays until night time and we could see their lightings for Christmas and a picture with lego Santa!

Known as the birthplace of LEGO, it's home to the world-famous Legoland. Billund combines small-town coziness with a unique spirit of innovation, especially evident in its interactive LEGO House museum, which is perfect for both kids and adults. The town is beautifully maintained, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities that make it a pleasure to visit. For anyone traveling through Denmark, Billund is a must-see!

We booked a double room and a family room (double bed and bunks) for our family's visit to Billund and Legoland. Refborg hotel was lovely, we were made to feel at home by all the reception staff we encountered over two days. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent. It was handy to have the supermarket across the road and, of course, Legoland was a 20 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there if we visited Billund again.

Everything :) The hotel is perfectly located (5 mins by bus from the airport, 5 mins walking to Legoland and 15 min to Lego House). The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, there is pool and the SPA zone. Green garden with places to sit outside and indoor leisure areas with beatiful patio views. But the pinnacle was the breakfast - honestly, I don't remember having a better breakfast in many many years :)

Host was amazing ,five ⭐ highly recommend, so close to Legoland and billund airport,and host was very accommodating in drop offs and pick ups. Apartment was perfect and my kids loved playing in the playground and seeing all the animals especially the kittens 😄

Veey Well located for legoland and Lalandia. Friendly staff and good breakfast/restaurant. Ample parking with bus stop point at hotel with free bus around bilund/ airport every 30 minutes. Decent value compared to the lego hotels.
