The lady at breakfast (black hair) was very nice, we didn't have a light when we came and she immediately send repairman to fix it. Also she was making sure that we feel fine, serving breakfast. They have alot of food to choose, good coffee, jam and cheese. Everything was perfect, staff very nice and we will come back again.

Location was amazing. In the middle of nature. Great for walking or just driving around. At first I was a little afraid of the smoke smell because of the other review but the owners listened to it and I couldn't smell a thing luckily.

The location was beautiful, surrounded by fields of grain. There were many options laid out for breakfast, and we could choose when and what we ate. The bathrooms were shared, but there were many of them, and it did not feel uncomfortable. Our hostess was welcoming and accommodating. The central courtyard featured an enclosure with thirty or forty parakeets, which was a treat. We had altogether a pleasant stay and would be happy to return.

The location and how easy it was to park outside the apartment. There was everything you needed. A really nice modern apartment inside with enough room for all 4 of us to stay. We will be returning again next year.

A cozy spot with lots of surf shops and simple restaurants.

A cozy spot with lots of surf shops and simple restaurants. There are tables and chairs all along the beach, perfect for watching the cool surfers. The atmosphere is relaxed. Unfortunately, we didn't find a restaurant that served breakfast. However, there's a Spar supermarket for shopping and the great seating areas on the beach.

The hotel is simply unique, as is the family who runs it.

The hotel is simply unique, as is the family who runs it. A warm welcome and helpful tips for excursions. Breakfast offered a superb selection and a priceless view. Dinner was equally excellent, featuring a delicious fish buffet and the rest of the food from the kitchen was very good. A truly wonderful place to stay.

I only had one night stay, as I was supposed to have gone...

I only had one night stay, as I was supposed to have gone fishing with a cutter on Saturday morning, but it was cancelled due to a storm. I picked up food at the Spar grocery store, drove up to Noah's Ark, where I had one night, and here we had a barbecue (a get-together party), which was super nice. Easy to get around. Avoid --- not a super nice place.

Bad room that lacked radio/TV.

Bad room that lacked radio/TV. You can't read by the light in the ceiling. You have to drive about 2 km to get breakfast. In my opinion, this should be stated when booking. I have never stayed without a TV. It was good that we had enough reading material for the 2 days we were there. We each had to read with our mobile phone light.

It was a very special stay. We got the Nationalpark Suite, which is decorated very beautifully. The restaurant of the hotel has a magnificant view on the beach and the sea. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice. The owner was really kind and helpfull to find spots to visit for example. We totally recommand the hotel to stay at Cold Hawaii.

You can’t get a better location - so close to the beach and the ocean. The decor was unique and created the maritime atmosphere it deserved. The host was so kind and helpful and made our stay the best.
