The hotel has the feeling of a large, beautifully restored and modernised house. The rooms are simple, modern, and tastefully set. The kitchen is enormous with all the comforts expected to cook: from hobb to dishwasher and large fridges, pans, crockery, and cutlery anyone (solo or families) will ever need. Tables are communal. The town is not very interesting but it is close to the...

The town is not very interesting but it is close to the ferry which was an advantage to me. I recommend that you avoid the Rödby Steakhouse and Pizzaria, on Östergade, the main street. I went there for a quick meal. The waitress and the cook were polite and friendly but the owner seems dishonest. He refused the payment by card and he asked me to pay cash in euro. He gave me the change, coins, in Turkish lira instead of in euro. He made some 3 - 4 euros by this trick which is really small money, but it caused a very negative impression. It is sad and a pity.

It's a good location as a stopover from Sweden to the Netherlands. The village and the location aren't particularly special, but the pool is great for kids. Unfortunately, the accommodation is very outdated and in dire need of renovation.

I think booking should be more flexible and very friendly with the owner. They work really well and thoroughly through it all. Rental costs are getting too expensive and customers are down 90% last minute booking right now. I am very happy with everything. Big thanks to booking.com for a good service.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Lots of greenery and a lovely pool. Rooms are in cottages, and there's cycling available. It was also very close to the ferry. Clear information about the area was provided; it was a shame we weren't there longer to be able to visit it.

We were a bit shocked that Rödby was so unattractive.

We were a bit shocked that Rödby was so unattractive. More than half the shops were empty. We visited Maribo, Nakskov, and Nykøbing and felt much more comfortable there. Lolland is a great cycling area!

Participated in a parachute competition at the airfield.

Participated in a parachute competition at the airfield. You can add it to the list of places nearby. Unfortunately, Rødby itself is somewhat extinct, like many small towns on Lolland. My next possible visit will again be in connection with a larger competition at the parachute club, so that's where I/we stay.

Easy to find, simple cozy budget room… can’t complain and it was easy to find and super close to the ferry port… the hosts were super responsive and I had a good nights sleep… Rødby is livelier than I expected with a couple of decent places to eat and an excellent supermarket open till 22:00 right next door to the rooms…. fantastic 👍🏻. Biggest minus for me was the distance from the shared toilet…. Right at other end of the house and the shower facility was shared with the washing machines and dryers

The location is great and perfect for families with younger kids. The Aquadome and MonkyTonky Land were big hits, and there’s even a lovely goat pasture nearby. The apartments are conveniently close to Lalandia, with playgrounds and animals around, making it ideal for children. The centre itself is large with plenty of entertainment, though it does close fairly early. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Adam the owner is a hero. So kind and generous. He welcomed us like we have been friends for years. Lots of fruites and breakfast and bottles of water for free. Fully equipped kitchen, towels and a lovely garden with furniture. Comfortable beds and very spacious house. The location is awesome. Close to both Lalandia and the ferries to Puttgarden, Germany. If you need a relaxing and loving stay, this is the place.

We were travelling through Scandinavia and wanted a hotel near the ferry. The hotel was really clean and modern and the chalet exceeded our expectations. We were travelling out of season and had to catch an early ferry but from what we could see it would be a lovely place to come back to.
