What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

The staff is really lovely, kind and helpful at any moment! The hotel has the prettiest gardens and the beach is followed by an pier that gives you the opportunity to go straight in to the sea to say hi to the underwater wildlife! Breakfast and dinner buffet offer you fresh, delicious and homecooked meals everyday. We 100% recommend Silver Beach Hotel for your next dive trip, and even if you dont dive you‘ll be able to unwind, enjoy the hotels spa and totally switch off from your daily life. It is a peaceful and pleasant place. Thanks to Amed (Egyptian n1 ;) ), Ibrahim, Marhmoud, Tarek and to all the others that made our stay a real bliss! We will come back for sure! Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing sea view, perfect location. Near is many shops, restaurants, coffe shops, nice calm place for walking here. Fully equipped kitchen. We had always hot water, washing machine in apartment. Whenever we needed something Mr. Mohammad kindly help us, everything was was quick, smooth. We highly recommend the accommodation.

Snorkelling in the sea in front of the hotel was very good. We saw countless types of coral and fish in the sea. We even saw a sea turtle once. We did not see any sharks. I would recommend this hotel to travellers who want to snorkel in the sea. Finally, room attendant Mr Ahmed did a perfect job and cleaned our room every day, thank you Mr Ahmed!

Beautiful room right on the beach. Lovely gardens throughout which were very well tended. House reef great for snorkelling, saw octopus and moray eel on inner reef as well as loads of fish. Outer reef amazing display of coral and fish, such a treat.

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing.

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

The staff was nice , food was good, No snacks between meals for kids around pools Just one place to bring towels in the section just couldn’t find one at aqua park Only one show at every night You could find 5 restaurants and it contains numerous kinds of food It’s nice place , many huge swimming pools

My wife and I had the best of time at SB.

My wife and I had the best of time at SB. We felt like we the guests of honor the whole time we were there! We stayed there for 6 nights and had opted for the all-inclusive package. The food was always delicious, and there was more than plenty of it; and great variety, too. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the package. The manager is always around and will amuse you with his sense of humor. Just don't have him referee your ping pong game if you play against your wife. He will always make sure the wife wins. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and it had a nice terrace attached. Internet was mostly available around the reception area. All the staff were always more than attentive and very friendly. We went diving with the dive center located on the premise and we made some nice dives. We highly recommend Silver Beach!!

Great hotel they have a great animation team specially Mr/ youssef (Luka) and all the staff are very good and respectful the food quality is very good and all the bars are great it was a great stay and I will definitely hate it in addition to the hotel's distinguished location and the view of the beach and the presence of many flexible activities inside and the receptionists are very helpful specially Mr/ sherif and Mr/ mahmoud

This is a spectacular hotel. It feels like it was built last month because the grounds and facilities are in immaculate condition. We had a seafront suite which is one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Small touches throughout the hotel really added to the stay. The staff were great and super-helpful and they had everything we needed for a magical stay on the Red Sea.

We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Very clean and everything you would need. Definitely go for the all inclusive deal as there is nothing else around this hotel. The hotel is on the beach and there is good snorkeling . The staff are all very helpful. We went to scuba diving which is on the premises and it was excellent.

We had really good time in Sea World Resort. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Staff was very nice and smiled all the time. We also appreciate nice surprices from the hotel and late check out because our flight departed next day early morning . I have to highlight Marzena, she cared if everything is ok or can help us with something all the time.
