‏My visit to the "Jewel" hotel was an incredible experience! The warm atmosphere and attention to detail were wonderful. The reception by Anas and Kareem was inviting, and they were always available with a smile. Their positive energy, along with the hotel staff's, created a personal and unforgettable experience. The dining pleasure was also thanks to Amr, the manager, who ensured tasty meals served beautifully. There are areas for improvement, such as the absence of alcohol and weak Wi-Fi. One of the most wonderful resorts I have ever stayed in. Clean luxurious fantastic royal place. All staff are wonderful and food is very wonderful and much. The buildings are like presidential palaces. All things are available exceeded our expectations. Mr. Shereen, Mohab, Mohamed, Seif and all the staff are very helpful and respectful characters. If I recommend, I recommend this place to stay in in all seasons. All the best.

Excellent Service and Unforgettable Hospitality I stayed at this hotel for one night in a sea-view room, and the experience was truly outstanding. The room was exceptionally spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea. In the evening, I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel’s new restaurant, to which I was kindly invited by the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Rowan. Although my original reservation was made for several days through a third party, Ms. Rowan went above and beyond to assist me in modifying it without any extra charges or penalties. She made multiple phone calls on my behalf and handled everything in a highly professional and efficient manner. I would like to sincerely thank her for her dedication, effort, and exceptional service. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud, the bellman, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank the Chief of Security Mr. Hathem. An unfortunate conflict arose between me and another guest, during which the other guest behaved very rudely and even became physically aggressive by grabbing my hand. The Chief of Security and his professional team handled the situation calmly and expertly, resolved the conflict, and ensured that I ultimately received an apology from the guest. Overall, my stay was short but truly memorable thanks to the outstanding staff and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
