The room was beautiful and very spacious. Always very clean and with fresh towels and linen very frequently. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed to (bathroom problems and breakfast time). The location was perfect, it’s close to the big parking lot.

First of all, I wanna say thank you to the whole team of Es Racó d‘Artà. We had a wonderful stay in one of your Casitas and it was the most beautiful place we stayed so far. The whole team is very friendly, flexible and and very kind. The Hotel is a calm, situated in one of the most relaxed places in Mallorca, architecture is amazing and every room is perfectly designed. As we have 2 dogs, we had a special demand and the management made it possible to stay at that amazing place. Nacho and Paco had the best experience ever :) The breackfast is superb, local and fresh food, high quality and service is over the top!!!! Dinner from restaurant was high quality too and not too expensive! We will recommande your Hotel to all of our friends from Luxembourg As a young couple, we recommand all the people to book a casita with private terrace and a spacious interior! THE HOUSE IS IN AN ELEVATED POSITION WHICH GIVES IT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF ARTÁ AND THE SURROUNDING HILLS AND VINEYARDS. THE LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE IS SUPER AND THE WINDOW IS THE LOUNGE MAKES THE MOST OF THE VIEW. THE SHADED AREA WHERE THERE IS A DINING TABLE PLUS EASY CHAIRS WAS OUR FAVOURITE SPOT TO COOL OFF. THE POOL IS GORGEOUS BOTH IN SIZE AND VIEWS. THE UTILITY ROOM AND COURTYARD ARE LOVELY FEATURES. THE MASTER BEDROOM IS FABULOUS. THE AIR CON IN THE TWO BEDROOMS IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. ESPERANÇA IS EXCELLENT - VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL

A beautiful apartment , plenty of room with two large bedrooms, big kitchen and living room and two outdoor areas to enjoy. The view of the town at night from the rooftop terrace is great. Everything has been so tastefully decorated. The apartment itself is in a lovely quiet street and a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Arta is such a great town and we chose it because it was central to lots of things we wanted to see but the town itself has a lot of history and sights.

Arta is a beautiful town, full of interesting buildings and charming backstreets. The thing which impressed us most was how well maintained the whole town is, all very soignee and classy. One of the nicest towns in Mallorca, I might say (as a resident of the island I have been to most of them, and Arta is certainly up near the top of the list0 Recommended.

Cute Spanish city but almost feels German because everyone speaks German. The fact that it's touristy makes it just a bit pricey for eating, but to be honest, the food is excellent, you get what you paid for. For a honeymoon destination it was just spectacular. Not a low cost trip. We also went out quite a lot with our rental car and it was nice to explore other places, we will probably consider another Mallorca city for a different holiday, but as a honeymoon destination, completely worth it.

A very attractive town which, while catering to tourists, also has the authenticity of a real Spanish town - not overly dominated by foreign tourists. Good selection of restaurants and shops, attractive squares and charming narrow streets. We enjoyed the Via Verda cycling route which you can access from the town centre.

We loved the setting, amongst the vineyards and rolling hills of the area. No shortage of beautiful coastal walks nearby and excellent local restaurants. The decor of the hotel is very Elle Decor yet comfortable. The open fires and multiple sitting areas felt generous and relaxing. A manageable distance from Palma by car.

We arrived as the market was packing up and it was very busy, later on was much quieter with several of the restaurants closed for dinner. Artà is quite small, one Main Street with shops, cafes and restaurants but very nice to visit for a couple of days.

Very lovely, quiet and peaceful hotel surrounded by greenery. We had a pleasant stay. Hotel is quite new so everything works well, good A/C and power showers in the bathrooms. Breakfasts were excellent, theres a good choice of buffet options or the a la carte which is good too We drove around a lot as the hotel is a little tucked away and remote. However the nearest small town Arta is 10 mins away by car. Good restaurants are all a drive away... Service was excellent and staff friendly

Traditional hotel near the centre of Arta. The rooms are nicely done. If you travel by car: parking in Arta is a problem. The nearest public parking is a five min walk away near Carrer del Pou Nou, which requires a drive through town from the main road.
