The staff are so friendly and sweet. The room is clean. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly. Check in works for 24 hours. Lots of free street parking around the hotel. Reasonable price during Feria time. Only a 15 minute drive to Seville city centre.

Our greeting from arrival onwards was great from the lovely man on reception. The departure too by another man was very good. Superb room. Clean. Comfortable firm beds. Large TV with a variety of channels. Fridge. Two chairs as well as a table and desk. Safe. Wardrobe. Walk-in shower. Hairdryer. Liquid soap and shampoo provided. Huge mirror in bathroom as well as a full length one in the room. Blackout blinds and silence throughout our entire overnight stay. An excellent night's sleep was had, other than being a bit too warm. Everything seems new. Excellently situated just off the motorway yet without the noise of the motorway. There's plenty of parking around as well as a (currently) free underground car park which is easy to access with large spaces. Leflet Sanlúcar is on an industrial estate with many empty units which makes it great for being quiet and with the parking options. Admittedly we visited on a weekend. There's an excellent café, bar, restaurant next door that is open all day. Lidl is a five minute walk. Alongside Lidl is a bar/restaurant next to the petrol station. There is a bus stop just outside that goes to Seville although I assume it would take quite a long time to get there. Dislike: The room was too warm and we couldn't reduce the temperature enough. However we were able to open a window. A vertical rail in the shower to adjust the height would be great. That being said, for the price paid, we don't have any complaints. 100% would stay here again.

So, I want to inform you that the information provided by this hotel does not correspond to reality. The cleanliness was eerie. The hotel rooms are very old, not renovated, antique furniture and appliances. No comfort at all. It was just cold and uncomfortable to be in the room. I could hear the neighbors all the time. Both returning drunk in the morning and having sex in the evening. I came from a long way to have a great time and relax, but it was a total disappointment. I also found out upon arrival that the pool was not working, so my vacation was completely ruined. the interior and exterior were eerie. Everywhere is dirty, smells bad and so on. I went to change the hotel door card three times, because it kept starting to stop working.

These types of hotels, after so many years of operation, should undergo a major renovation and replace essential elements such as the beds, and above all, improve their cleanliness. Very bad and not recommended at all.

It's not a holiday destination for us.

It's not a holiday destination for us. You can't get around without a car; you can use the bus service, but it takes time. In Benacanzon, there was only one restaurant we could recommend, "Restaurante La Alacena." There were more restaurants in the surrounding villages.

The service and cleanliness were excellent. We had a small problem and they resolved it immediately. The hotel receptionist (José Manuel) was outstanding, a truly charming person. The hotel was very pleasant and quiet. We had half-board and were a little disappointed with the buffet; there was very little variety, barely enough! We were very comfortable and if we travel to Seville in the future, we would definitely return to this hotel.

It's a town in the Aljarafe region of Seville.

It's a town in the Aljarafe region of Seville. All the towns in this region are very beautiful. They are clean, and their architecture is lovely, dominated by white and ochre. The churches are beautiful and have tall bell towers. The towns are very devoted to their saints and Virgin Mary. I really like this region of Seville. Devotion to the Virgin of El Rocío is everywhere.

I won't be back.

I won't be back. At midnight, there was a party in the pool area with loud music and noise that lasted until 2:30 a.m. Apparently, this is a regular occurrence on weekends. I don't understand the company's policy. Why subject its customers to this noise stress? Why place customers in a noisy area, knowing what they're paying for?
