Friendly and informative staff. Reception open for all inquiries. Staff were particularly helpful in advising us of a hospital to treat my husbands septic foot. Meals were excellent, good choice, menu changes. Quality food. Our room was beautiful with a full sea view, (we were upgraded from side sea view) comfortable bed, and bedding and towels changed every day of our ten night stay. Very impressed.

The staff (especially at the front desk) all get 10 out of 10! And the rooms and property were impeccably clean. Pool was relaxing and quiet. You can also have your own drinks there (no glass, of course). Hotel hallways smelled wonderful. Location couldn't be better. It's a small boutique hotel with all rooms on one floor. We had dinner there only on one night but it was really good. (Breakfast, however is not.)

The property is located right at the Puerto Marina and right on the boardwalk. So many shops and restaurants right there and more just the next street up. The local bus stop is just a 5-7 minute walk and the transit train stop about 20. What stands out about this Hotel, besides its location, is its cleanliness and how much attention is given to the grounds and building. From the housecleaning staff to the maintenance workers. It was so clean, everywhere. The pool is really nice, but not heated so it was refreshing. Very good food in their cafeteria. The Hotel even has nightly entertainment in their own lounge downstairs. The only downside was that the air conditioner was not yet turned on as it was still considered cool for their standards. There should be a screen door for the patio so you can keep the room cooler. The bedroom fan was noisy as well. But overall, what a nice place to stay, a real all inclusive resort. I would stay there again anytime..

The hotel was fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! We reached the hotel easily by train from Malaga airport, and the journey was quite comfortable. The hotel was spotless and very clean. One highlight was the delightful bar on the terrace. I was particularly pleased with the special surprises arranged for my husband's birthday. I highly recommend this hotel!

Easy transport throughout the area. Bus and train easy to access. Would advise anyone staying for a few days to pick up a transport card from tobacconist. You can preload with euro for train and bus travel. Saves having to carry small denominations of euros for fares

A lovely village with so much character, great cafés and restaurants and plenty to see and do, especially off-season when you don't need the bustle and crowds by the seaside. Even without a car you can travel around the area and into Malaga on the local trains and busses. Solo travellers can feel secure and welcome here.

We like Benalmadena, plenty to do and see.

We like Benalmadena, plenty to do and see. You can walk for miles, which suits us. We enjoyed going up to the Pueblo and also going up the cable car. The views were wonderful. There are nice shops and it is also easy to get to other places on the train or bus.

I'm keen walker and being able to walk along beach every morning is brilliant. Even in November the weather was decent expect for couple of rainy days. My favourite place is Puerto marina it's full of nice places to eat or to have few drinks. Taxis are cheap to use if fancy going further to malaga ,Fuengirola or designer outlet just outside malaga you can use the train. Located in arroyo de la miel which also runs frequently from airport 🛫

Loved strolling along the beautiful beach and a lovely promenade. Our favorite restaurants were upstairs in the marina. The asian fusion restaurant Sakura was amazing. The Italian restaurant beside Sakura (can't find the name) amazing food, very attentive staff. The chicken curry with mango salsa fab! Benalmadena is easy to navigate and a short taxi to the train station to explore further

Belamadena is a very beautiful part of Spain, vibrant and busy with stunning beaches but the most exciting place is the Puerto Marina called the Venice of Andalucía, it is so beautiful and is really the best place to stay.

Great staff, rooms are basic but clean and the view from every room is stunning. The beds are so comfortable and there is everything you need for a good self-catering holiday.. Sunny Beach aparthotel is only a 2 minute walk from supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. Paloma Park is nearby too. What a beautiful place to walk round. You can get a bus nearby to Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena Marina and Fuengirola. We love Sunny Beach and it's great value for money.

The hotel was fantastic. Rooms were very clean, pool area was amazing with plenty of space and beds. Food was excellent, both at breakfast and at the pool bar. We were able to leave our bags and stay by the pool as we were travelling late in the evening. They have complementary shower facilites for anyone as well that we used before leav8ng for the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Benalmadena.

Noticed changes to the hotel from the last time we were here . Always clean and tidy and just what we needed for our short break. Ideal location for both benalmadena and fuengirola. Bus stop right outside hotel so easily accessible transport along the coast .
