The staff were all so sweet and very helpful, Samya was a star and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location was the best not too far from the downtown. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The reception staff, including the bell man, was welcoming, attentive and somution priented. As someone who moves from one place to another, that is an important factor for me. All unexpected requests could not be filled, but the will to deliver was there, which is respectable.

I loved the classic appearance and elegance of the hotel. The staff were efficient knowledgable and courteous. The classical ambience of the hotel was outstanding. It’s location in the centre of the Old Town of Valencia is first class and all the classical sights are a short walk away.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's in the center of the city and most of the sights are within walking distance. From the terrace you can see the "Museu Nacional de Ceràmica" and yet it was very quiet in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - I asked for some restaurant recommendations and was given a list of great restaurants. The rooms were very clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The breakfast was also very good and offered a large selection. What I also really liked was that they had gluten-free products!
