I wasn’t particularly thrilled with our stay. We arrived, were greeted with faultless service, and were in our room resting within minutes. A little chaos or a delayed check-in would have added some much-needed excitement. The room was spotless and disturbingly quiet. I prefer a bit of noise - doors slamming, muffled conversations, maybe even the occasional argument next door. It helps me relax. Instead, I was trapped in a bubble of oppressive calm. Breakfast was served with a stunning view of the Guggenheim Museum, which was entirely too distracting. Naturally, this made it impossible to fully focus on the excellent food. The location was also far too convenient, with everything just a short walk away. I usually enjoy the challenge of navigating public transport, but here, even that simple pleasure was denied. And, to make it worse, my wife loved it. Now I have to live up to this standard every time we travel.

First of all I want to say that this hotel is 10/10, everything was exceptional. The best best thing of this hotel is the location, is precisely located on the main and most important street in Bilbao, we were able to walk to any destination we wanted, everything was maximum 20 minutes walking distance. The decoration and design of the hotel is really luxurious and "spa" like. We tried the Spa services, sauna and pool, and it was perfect, as it is really small it is limited to 2 couples at a time, therefore there's a lot of privacy, nobody is undressed, which is a big point for me, as there are many other places in Europe where everybody get's undressed, making it really uncomfortable. The people were exceptional at all times, really helpful, joyful, simply nice. Really 10/10 experience. Another positive point is that you can check out until 12:00, normally check-out is always in between 10am and 11am, and this one gives you a full hour more, you can calmly wake up, get ready, still enjoy the sauna, etc.

perfectly located, 200 mtr from the buses terminal (end stop bus from the airport and start to airport ) and metro station. Also lots of interesting things to do on foot, both the Guggenheim and the Fine Arts Museum are a 15 minute walk from this hotel. The staff, receptionist, restaurant and cleaning are all very friendly and efficient. Lots of attention for the environment. Large room well equipped and excellent mattresses. Very complete breakfasts.
