This hotel is very cozy. The room was clean and really nice, pool on the rooftop small but really cozy. Location also is very good. The staff was very nice and helpful, gave us good advices on where to go to eat and what we can to see. Also made us some hot tea as a welcome drink.

Great hotel in central Barcelona. Our room was very quiet and the kingsize bed was awesome. The city centre is in walking distance. Great for chilling is the roof top bar, which was unfortunately closed during our stay but we just took a drink from the room with us. The spa is small but also great for chilling out after discovering Barcelona all day. The breakfast is also very good! Very friendly staff! We will come back!

Santa Coloma is blessed with many bars and restaurants. There is a 1 star Michelin tapas restaurant just 200 metres-ish from the hotel, but booking is necessary! There are many other tapas establishments but would heartily recommend "Tapas & Mas" for the attentive staff and excellent food that came in quite large portions. Hardly any English spoken by the staff but we managed quite well.

The trains were HOT & very crowded.

The trains were HOT & very crowded. Mass transit needs to be Visual so Any language can easily see where they are and need to go! Had to fend off a guy in a wheel chair playing “Oh Susana” with an Accordion two days in a row! Which didn’t make a 14 stop train ride any easier…oh Brother! Where’s the transit police for this nonsense?!

It's my hometown, where I've always lived, and now that I...

It's my hometown, where I've always lived, and now that I live abroad, I always come back to stay at the Ibis Hotel. The city is incredibly densely populated and parking is a nightmare, although it's very well located and has many amenities. The park where the hotel is situated is a welcome escape for locals, as is the river.

I actually chose this location for its proximity and metro connection to Barcelona. I would recommend it to anyone traveling by car, given the very strict restrictions on entering Barcelona with a private vehicle.

Bad location because of the neighborhood.

Bad location because of the neighborhood. Public transport to the Germans i Trias Hospital is terrible. There's no 24-hour restaurant service despite advertising it as such; at best, they offer sandwiches, and the surrounding area is awful for going out to eat. You end up having to use Glovo...

Good room with secure underground parking. Gentleman at reception was extremely helpful explaining how to travel into the centre of Barcelona & which type of ticket to buy saving us money. Easy 10 minute walk to subway for the direct line into town. We chose this location to stay rather than taking the motorbikes into the centre so this hotel suited us perfectly & we would definitely stay again.

Staff was very Rude No facilities at all Very small room without fridge Not even cattle in the room no cups no tea coffe nothing just one bed and tv you will get in the room No Towels in the Washroom asked the reception and got answer that come to the reception and take the towel. Very very disappointing will never be staying in this hotel again.

It was mostly clean, facilities as expected for a budget 2 star hotel. Breakfast menu was the same everyday and very basic. Location little in the corner of the city, not many dining options during the night. There are few supermarkets near by.
