Everything was amazing! All the staff members were super caring and nice. Human quality was a 10/10. My partner had a sun skin reaction and they offered so many different things to help her out. Kept checking back on her every day (even every few hours). My phone got wet and they also gave me rice to absorb the humidity and offered a hair dryer. The food was consistently good (a bit repetitive though). Service during meals was outstanding, empty plates wouldn't last more than five minutes on the table. The beach is THE BEST. Blue Lagoon Resort is right next to the Lodge and even though is more expensive, guest from that place kept coming to our area because it was nicer. We had fun with some staff members, we took the Cave Trip and it was really nice (the boat ride there itself is worth the money). Free drinking water available at all times. They try as much as possible to encourage you to not use single use plastic bottles. The dorm was ridiculously good. I've never experienced something so nice and such a reasonable price (beware there's a compulsory meal plan that you cannot avoid and comes down to 120 FJD per person per day, on top of the room price. This happens in many many places). Beds were separated by walls, you had your own bedside table and the AC was great 99% of the time. You even have a sea view since it's located right on top of the main lodge area. The ferry ride from Nadi cam be very long (4h) but we think it's totally worth it. We've talked with many other travellers and everyone thought this was the best place, both because of service and beach. Thank you for everything guys! We'll be back for sure! Vinaka and sota tale ☀️

Nadi is a transit hub. Anyone visiting the South Pacific countries must stop by this city. It's not a choice but compulsion. The adjacent Wailoaloa beach is nice. The food in Sailor's restaurant is nice... It's safe to walk around..

I ruined my trip by not applying sunscreen and getting a terrible sunburn on my legs. This required me to go to the hospital for treatment. The Hospital was right across the street from my hotel and they treated me very well there. It was a highlight of the trip. Unfortunately, when a hospital visit was the highlight of the trip... it was a bad trip!

The town is buzzing and farmers market is pretty good but...

The town is buzzing and farmers market is pretty good but it’s not the place to be independent - difficult to find fresh produce. Would recommend staying in an all inclusive resort not Airbnb etc unless only a short stay. No beachside bars etc. Dont expect to experience local culture (we looked hard and travelled far!). The people are super friendly though!

Every time my family and I visited nadi we had such a memorable experience. The town has a great mix of local charm and modern convenience. The people are genuinely friendly and always ready with a warm "Bula!" smile. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can really feel the island spirit everywhere you go. Nadi market is always full of colour and life a great place to try tropical fruits and chat with locals. For Beach lovers if you crave the white sandy beaches then you need to book a day trip to one of the many nearby islands for that tropical paradise oasis. If you're not so fussed like I am, then look no further because Wailoaloa beach is just around the corner. The name Wailoaloa means dark water due to the colour of the sand which is black. Perfect place to just chill and catch the sunset. Speaking of white sandy beaches,, nadi has also has a great base for exploring other parts of Fiji. Especially the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands, which are easily accessible by boat. The airport is close by, which makes travel convenient. Overall, Nadi is a wonderful mix of culture, hospitality and tropical beauty. Weather your'e here for adventure or just to unwind, you'll find it easy to fall in love with this place, called Fiji.

I could see the indian culture and roots.

I could see the indian culture and roots. Overall Fiji is excellent destination but due to wrong resort selected my whole vacation got spoiled. You must check the review before selecting property. Non the less Fiji is slightly expensive but all the tourist destinations are always.

We were only there for a day and a half.

We were only there for a day and a half. Downtown was like anywhere else. Nothing special to see. The shops and restaurants around where we stayed were really good. Attended Life Church on the Sunday morning and it was brilliant.

It is super clean! In fact, it was much cleaner than some 4.5 star hotels i’ve stayed at in the past. I will definitely return with my family here! Beds were very comfy & spacious room! We stayed in a room with a pool view which was super convenient for us! Bathroom also very clean with excellent water pressure. Beautiful friendly staff from all areas! Well done to you all :) Location was the best part as it is literally across the road from Nadi airport and the shuttle still came to pick us up!! Thank you Fiji Gateway!

I booked this hotel on behalf of my parents. They both had said the customer service was amazing throughout their short stay, food was delicious. They both would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lastminute close to aiport hotel to stay in. Also this was my parents first time staying in fiji overnight before their next early flight back home and everything was close by the restaurant downstairs, close to shops and mall next door. Friendly staff.

Great location - only about 20-min walk to Nadi Market and the main bus stop. Personally, I absolutely love having the schools around and seeing all the actions, simply cannot get more of it! The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with full functioning a/c which is very welcoming even if it's 'winter' in Fiji (still around 30 degree celsius during the day). Really appreciate the free use of washing machine and dryer.

Break fast - not flash but perfectly adequate. Location - easy trip to supermarkets, Nadi and Denarau - this is such a great spot to day trip from. Two vans provide most of the necessary transport at a great cost and not pp!!! The Fijian and Polynesian nights were awesome - and all free!!! Mongolian bbq night too - these guys have really made an effort to make the stay here memorable in a quiet understated way.
