Everything. Great stop over point 30 mins from Geneva airport. Set back from the road. Free parking. Access code provided if late arrival. Excellent sound proofing - room on road side but no noise. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast in newly refurbished breakfast room. Have stayed here multiple times on the way to the south.

Unfortunately, our two days were completely booked with Geneva (a fantastic city, the center is only a 15-minute drive away), so we didn't have time to visit Archamps. That's a real shame, because I really like the area and it would definitely be worth another trip.

The countryside is beautiful and well-maintained.

The countryside is beautiful and well-maintained. The proximity to the mountains makes the landscape fascinating. The village is located just outside Geneva, a truly beautiful city. There are shops, restaurants, and malls within easy reach of Archamps, and in half an hour you can reach and visit the beautiful Annecy. The location is worth it.

A great place to stay overnight before traveling via Geneva,...

A great place to stay overnight before traveling via Geneva, Zurich to Munich, or northward to Prague or Poland. Fill up at the Intermarché station and cross the Swiss border without any problems (Geneva - Bregenz 360 km).

The hotel is a stone's throw from the Swiss border - Geneva.

The hotel is a stone's throw from the Swiss border - Geneva. Nearby is the TPG (Transport public Geneve) bus stop called Landecy - La Mure, bus no. 62, and the stop called Croix-de-Rozon- place or Croix-de-Rozon - douane, bus no. 44. By bus you can get to tram no. 12 or tram no. 18, which will take you to the Carouge district, Plainpalais and further to the center. So the transportation is perfect.

Stayed one night in May 2023, very pleasant, excellent welcome, we were a group and were able to get adjoining rooms. The breakfast buffet was full and well-stocked with plenty of choice. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, the accommodation was very unsuitable for dog owners because the €22 charge for two small dogs was not mentioned on the Booking.com website, and I was surprised by this charge upon arrival. There were also no special services provided for the dogs that would have justified the €22 price.

Stayed here because the hotels in Genève are very expensive. Archamps is close to the border of Genève, and by public transport can be reached in half an hour. I stayed in a few Ibis hotels before, so I knew what to expect. The room was simple and clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a microwave in the lobby that you can use, plus drinks and snacks that you can buy from an automat. There is a big supermarket a 15 min. walk away, and there are a few restaurants nearby. Busstation is a 10 min. walk away.

The hotel is extremely convenient, just seconds off the motorway heading south towards the Mont Blanc tunnel. It is also located at a suitable distance coming from the South of England, which means that it is reached comfortably with a 9.30-10am Eurotunnel crossing. Nice view from the window
