The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times of the day. We felt at home immediately. Breakfast staff were very helpful and greeted us with a smile each morning. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The room was cosy, it soon warmed up with the heating on. At first it seemed like there wasn't enough storage but we used the portable shelves from the bathroom and we managed. Pre arrival communication was great, and reception remembered my requests. The area is great and the transport was very easy to use. The train station was less than 10 minutes walk away.

Welcome on arrival, Nancy and Maria helped with checkin and arranged to have our rooms available just before the normal check in time of 3pm. We got an upgrade and the rooms were perfect for our stay. Modern, spacious room, really comfortable beds, Marble floor to ceiling in the large bathroom and a small kitchen area for longer stays and an 80” TV just in case you wanted to stay in a watch TV when in Paris! We were there for RWC23 so it was only an overnight stay with our two daughters in the teens so we had two rooms and they both had river views and very very comfortable. I have stayed in many Paris Hotels and they can be small and dated. Our rooms 201 and 202 were front of the building and very modern . There is an elevator to each floor and a really nice breakfast area where Jade was serving and helped out with a tray so I could take some crossaints and orange juice up to the teenagers.

Well, here I really don't know where to start. This hotel is located in a very quiet suburb of Paris. The railway station, from which you can get to Gare Saint-Lazare in just 10 minutes, is very close. Something like a 5 minute walk. Rooms are very well equipped, very modern from the "technical" point of view, and at the same time perfectly decorated to meet the general atmosphere of "old good France". And my last paragraph is dedicated to the owners of this place. I can hardly find the proper words to describe their attitude, hospitality and charm which make you feel like you're home. All together made our stay at this place simply amazing!

Bastien was a superb host. The flat was great value for money. Gabriel Peri was a little outside of the city centre but considering how easy the 13 line on the Metro was, it didn’t hamper the week.

My stay at Karine’s guesthouse was excellent. She greeted me with genuine warmth and was incredibly kind the entire time. The room had everything I needed, the property felt very safe, and the area was wonderfully quiet. I truly recommend staying here!

I liked very much the hotel, it was great, I will stay here...

I liked very much the hotel, it was great, I will stay here again. I didn't like that the receptionist tried to charge two times the city tax: at arrival and then also at departure. I didn't want to pay the second time and he didn't insist. Another family from our group paid also twice and even if they showed the receipt, the receptionist didn't want to return their money :(

Property is good ,near to RER station so easy to travel to...

Property is good ,near to RER station so easy to travel to Eiffel tower or Disneyland . superstores and bakery right across the Property so super convenient Property is clean. only issue was the not a single door closes properly. only toilet door and main door and outer door close ,while bathroom door does not close nor can be locked. i had seen the same comment before taking the hotel but i felt the Property must have acted on it as it was 6 months old comment. pl repair the doors of all rooms and bathroom.

Nice, clean, civilazide area near Paris, very easy to acces...

Nice, clean, civilazide area near Paris, very easy to acces from Paris Gare Sait Lazare. In has buildings 4-5 levels, with nice flowers and warm and clean streets. Supermarkets are in walking disyances and local buses are ok.

Very beautiful area, all means of transportation to get you anywhere you wish, still quite and absolutely safe. Very dog friendly. Quite, but still with all you need, from supermarket till restaurants and bars. Highly recommended area for being close to centre but pay way less, and have access to everythint

The people are very friendly.

The people are very friendly. Fabulous restaurants and take away venues. Especially Le Circle, with lovely French Cuisine, Olde Worlde, just how I imagined a Parisienne cafe would be. The train station is well equipped with lifts and escalators to all platforms. The staff in the ticket office were very helpful sorting us out with the correct tickets for our journey, however they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We will definitely stay here again for a trip to Paris.

Fabulous hotel, with really friendly staff. The breakfast was lovely with freshly baked goods, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, fresh orange, etc. The location is good with a train station, just a 5 minute walk. It's not a metro but gets you into the centre in about 10 mins. The neighbourhood felt safe, and the locals were friendly with a good selection of shops and places to eat nearby. I would happily return and recommend it to others, Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was a really good choice staying at Aparthotel Adagio, the location was really good, about 30 min from center, it was clean, comfortable and spacious, all we needed with 2 kids. But all in one it was a nice accommodation and next time we will choose this location again.

We had a brilliant stay here, the hotel was very charming and comfortable and the owner was superb. We were only here for 1 night but we wished we could've stayed longer and we hope to return! Breakfast was delicious too :)
