The breakfast was delicious and very reasonable! The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to some historic sites like the old port, close to Panier and 30 minutes to the beach! The staff were truly the highlight tho, so warm and friendly and always ready to help and offer recommendations.

Wonderful brand new (opened Juky 2023!) hotel. Full with amenities, for example USB-C and USB -A integrated charging plugs next to both (!) sides of the bed. Great beds. Great shower. Great breakfast. Great staff. Very friendly. They were even so calm when an extremely rude guest checked out in front of us so n the 18th July 2023.

This hotel was great, very clean and spacious, there were lots of extra facilities we didn't realise until we got there, a communal laundry and kitchen, there was a supermarket at the end of the street where we were able to get water and snacks, it is also conveniently located by the metro and the old port making it easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay here!

Marseille is a great place to visit.

Marseille is a great place to visit. Amazing restaurants and cute neighborhoods. It’s gritty but truly beautiful. One of our favorite restaurants was La Ferme for seafood. You can take a petit train up to Notre Dame and just walking around is great.

Only stayed one day and night but the old town and port area are great places to wander and eat. The Cathedral and Museum of Civilizations area is good to wander around. Notre Dame de la Garde was closed for visits early on Sundays for Mass. Missed that one but had seen it previously.

Hop-on/Hop-off Sightseeing tour well worth the money - especially if only staying 2/3 days. Lots of beggars/ vagrants - felt safe walking around Old Port at night but stayed away from back streets,

Marseille is a beautiful city with lots to do and see.

Marseille is a beautiful city with lots to do and see. Rich on history and culture. Sometimes it’s taunting to climb all the stairs and hills- but - worth it! Great local and international cuisine. The Calanques are stunning ! The city card is a great deal for sightseers.

Marseille is an exciting city with many faces.

Marseille is an exciting city with many faces. After visiting museums in the city center, it is worth taking a boat trip. Take a boat trip to the island of If, the island of Friuli, or one of the Calanques. It is also worth hiking in the Calanque National Park and running along the extra-long and beautiful seaside promenade. The seaside restaurant or the Triskell Breton crêperie are also not to be missed.

lots of good cafe & resturant and most of them are very reasonble priced. Cruises are good except that the guide only speaks in French. most of the exhibitions in the museum only written in French too. it is depressing to see the homeless with the children sleeping on the street.

Front desk guys are fabulous! They are such friendly, patient, and welcoming people to talk with! They provided very useful information regarding to Uber/Taxi price from hotel to the Marseille airport, and explained clearly that why we could not put the room temperature up at that time of the year. They also gave us a free upgrade for the room. Room was big and clean, bed was also very comfortable. We had an amazing time during our stay :) We will definitely choose Staycity Aparthotel if we visit Marseille again! :)

The hotel is in an unbeatable location, overlooking the Vieux Port - the views are wonderful! It may get a little busy during the day due to foot traffic but not to the point of becoming an issue. The hotel is clean, with a chic decorating style and lovely staff. The only small suggestion we would have relates to the comfort of the bed (mattress loses its shape/firmness and collapses as soon as sitting down. It requires attention/replacement.

The propersty looks exactly like on the pictures, cosy, comfortable with a lot of attention to the details. It is a central located freshly ,refurbished property with a cute little garden. Everyone is really friendly, Alexsis has 5* costumer service. I’m was really happy with my stay and I would highly recommend everyone to choose this hotel for a Marseille getaway!

Friendly staff, excellent location by the Vieux Port. I don't think you can find a closer hotel. We stayed at the hotel for one night at the end of out road trip before going to the airport so it was a good choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
