The location is amazing and safe. The staff is top-notch. It’s such a nice touch that there are free snacks and really delicious coffee—this is truly valuable. Wonderful! When I arrived at this charming hotel, I unfortunately did so without any of my three suitcases, all lost by the airline. It was thanks to the excellent service and help from the hotel staff that I was able to recover them. I am very grateful for the numerous calls they made to assist me. Thank you, Thierri, Kevin, David, and others. As for the hotel, it has excellent rooms, very clean, well-located just 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and other major sights, with convenient parking nearby. It definitely offers great value for money in Paris. I would certainly stay here again!
