Lovely little apartment right on the banks of the Loire, we only stayed two nights as we were just passing through, but it's fully equipped with everything you'd need for a longer stay. The owner Annick lives upstairs and was waiting to welcome us when we arrived, she showed us round, made a few local restaurant recommendations, and left us to ourselves. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a small kitchenette with everything you could ask for, a good size bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a single, and a small ensuite shower .

It was very enjoyable staying there, surrounded by the vineyards. A warm welcome and very helpful information about nearby restaurants. The open fire was a lovely at breakfast on an Autumn morning.

The room was located in a new extension of a historical building with a nice garden in the center of a little village. Room and bathroom were modern and in perfect condition, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and of best quality. Armelle is a very nice host making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

A lovely small town although there were no restaurants that...

A lovely small town although there were no restaurants that were open in the evenings during our stay which was frustrating. Possibly better to visit in high season and not mid season? Interesting surrounding area. Angers definitely worth a visit especially the chateau.
