I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The hotel is situated in Crystal Palace which is only 30 minutes from Central London. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby.

I loved staying at Carl's place. He was very welcoming and everything was tidy. The room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen, toilet and shower corresponded to expectations too. The location is also lovely. I had a really good rest here. Good value for the money. I recommend!

The locations of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance from Voauxhall tube station and close to London tourists places. I stayed in a studio flat that is very clean, branded new, very comfy and cozy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and it was very nice.

Very excellent location. Don’t worry it only seems that it far from the center. Direct line is very good to reach it. As you know subway in London very uncomfortable because of situation with ventilation in the train. Many of them very narrow and the stations without fresh air where this trains approaching. But no worries - this direct line from the hotel is new and excellent with cosy chairs and condition. Stations are also good👍🏻 Breakfast was excellent. Red fish , many types of cheese and fruits, several types of meet, yogurt, berries ( also blueberries, but very quickly disappear for some reasons), omelette, eggs , fried eggs, beans, bacon , mushrooms, spinach, bakery

Basic facilities were available; however, parking was limited to the street. The room was spacious and relatively clean, though improvements could have helped build our trust. The bathroom and toilet were very small, located on separate floors from the room, and the kitchen was shared. Fortunately, there were no other occupants during our stay, which made us feel more comfortable. The lack of heating in both the toilet and bathroom, along with the non-functional toilet light, would have been problematic in winter. I hope the host takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the situation. Additionally, some power outlets did not work, and a broken kettle was still left on the kitchen table.

It’s a lovely neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants...

It’s a lovely neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants and cafes. There’s a cinema, theatre and park at walking distance. All the amenities you need are in very close proximity and interesting little shops that really tickle your fancy. I enjoyed my stay and really enjoy exploring the neighbourhood.

It was pretty perfect.

It was pretty perfect. The only problem was a broken roller blind on one of the windows. (Sparrow) Great shower. Clean We ate twice in the hotel breakfast and evening meal both good. Service was quick.

The location, being in the Crystal Palace and Triangle area,...

The location, being in the Crystal Palace and Triangle area, is excellent and convenient. It's also very well connected by bus to the city center, Westminster, Trafalgar Square, etc., and by train to Victoria Station and London Bridge. Both the train and bus stations are 50 meters from the hotel.
