We stayed here last Friday ( Good Friday) me & the 2 teenagers ( both 20 years old ) loved the accommodation. The girls shared one room & I was in the other bedroom, both bedrooms are lovely. The hosts had left tea & coffee for us & a small bottle of milk which was a nice gesture as we didn’t arrive until late. There is also a front room with another TV & a very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is lovely too with a big walk in shower & the towels that were put out were of a nice premium quality. We would definitely recommend this apartment & would book it again in the future. We also went on TripAdvisor & found a great little cafe almost opposite called “The Egg & Spoon” & had breakfast there. We were in there by 9:00am & the place was full over the next 30 minutes & had to start turning potential customers away, so arrive early. Great place to stay, thank- you , Nick *** Access to the apartment is up a full staircase, so may not be suitable for someone with mobility problems.

Love Filey.

Love Filey. The friendly resort, safe and still plenty of fun to be had. The beaches are unbeatable. There are brilliant refreshing walks on the cliffs or the Brigg and strolls along the beaches. Great for families, couples, singles, lovely centre, shops, cafés, restaurants - we loved the Bangladeshi restaurant on Hope Street and there are friendly pubs with atmosphere and live music - loved the Irish pub. Pretty ravines down to the beach. Still got the signs of a fishing community. Coble Landing was busy, full of happy visitors all ages on the sunny weekend that we were there and Filey Fisherman's Choir are not to be missed if they're doing an event while you're there. Enjoy !

I love the quaintness of Filey, the shops are all in a square, most are easy to get into but some have steps. It has a beautiful crescent and a lovely front to walk along, and the coble landings has been the same for years it is a beautiful place for peaceful holidays

Filey is a a small town on the East Coast of the north of England. It is fairly quiet but there are plenty of pubs, but not the type to play loud music or stay open until very late. Lots of places to eat, especially fish and chips. The beach is vast and the views from the many benches placed high above the beach are spectactular. The main town with the shops, restaurants etc is on the level, but if you wished to go to the beach area, it is down steep slopes.

Been a few times to Filey for day trips but never stayed. First time we'd been up into the town, was pleasantly surprised by the lovely independent shops, lovely bars and restaurants. Beach was beautiful, one of the best I've seen on the east coast. Will definitely return.

Filey is a very nice relaxed town, plenty for the children to do. Beach is very clean and sandy. enough restaurants lots of fish and chip shops.But quality and prices do vary.Train to Scarbourgh best way to travel.cheap parking at the railway station.

I really enjoyed my stay - It is a lovely - safe place for a lone traveller. All staff very nice. The only thing that detracted - it was considered I had "two" bookings, I had to waste time finding a bank hub - in Filey, to make sure this was not the case. This has not put me off staying again in the future. I loved my little apartment.

The location of the Hotel was perfect, close enough to the centre of Filey but far enough away to avoid excess noise. The hotel staff were great and served a delicious breakfast. A very large, comfortable bed and a very good shower. Good tea/coffee in the room and fresh milk available.

Lovely spotless holiday home in a quiet location, ideal to get to filey, Bridlington etc by car. Loved the little extras in the Bungalow and so dog friendly. 5 min walk to the pub that serve their famous pies. Will definitely be back to stay here.
