The staff at this hostel are fantastic (shout out to Ruth who is so lovely!). The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The communal living room is fantastic (with a great view) and the kitchen was a total surprise bonus (fully equipped - really brilliant). Would 100% recommend staying here.

It was a great affordable option for people who don’t mind sharing a bathroom & living facilities with others. I must say the staff on reception are super lovely & genuine, he was so incredibly kind & made everything feel easy.

The staff was amazing. The location is located across from a little bay that had dolphins that night. The beds were so comfortable as were the pillows.

With spectacular mountain views, Gairloch Highland Lodge overlooks Gairloch Harbour. It is a quiet base with a lounge, bar, free internet access and a drying room.

The owners have obviously put a lot of time and expense into improving the standard of the property. Food and drink was excellent.

On the shores of Loch Gairloch, Shieldaig Lodge is one of the few remaining traditional Highland shooting Lodges open to the public.

The most lovely setting. Right on the loch. we were upgraded to a king suite when she saw the size of the big unit. Definitely worth a visit. also go to the nearby pub at Badachro
