We had a flight that didn’t get in until 1.00am, so this hotel was perfect to walk a few minutes to and sleep for the night. Very clean and comfortable. Reasonable breakfast provided in the morning with plenty of choice. Surprisingly quiet given its location to the airport. We didn’t hear any noise. Staff very helpful.

What an absolutely perfect little retreat! My husband and I stayed for one night in order to go to a friend's party nearby. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, tasteful and private. The little walk up through the orchard is lovely. Probably the best place I have ever stayed for character. Lovely warm welcome and good comms from the owners too. Perfect!

Perfect for a pre flight overnight stay. We are disappointed that we didn’t get to experience more of what appears to be a wonderful country property due to a major traffic delay. The property was very comfortable for our brief visit and the accomodating staff had warmed our room & left lights on. We did see the local celebrity “ Rosie the goat “, quite a surprise on our late night arrival 😁

My room was small but lovely an warm, clean and tidy. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits supplied, ensure with a good hot shower. A 10 minute walk from the airport, all I wanted was a roof over my head, a warm bed and peace and quiet for a good night's sleep..and that's exactly what I got.

The apartment were very causy, clean and tidy as own home. Owner is a super men, prepaired room for a family brougth fridge into room even I didn't asked. Owner changed to a lager apartment even I booked other room, because we were 4 person as family. After rezervation he contact me straight away by chat and I received more information about everything. Owner organized a taxi to a door 3:30 AM in the morning to a Bristol airpot. Thanks for him and Paul taxi driver.

The King Room at the Darlington Arms was nothing short of spectacular – it felt like staying in a royal palace! The attention to detail was incredible, from the luxurious bedding to the stunning decor that made me feel like I was living in a dream. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine! Everything about the place is amazing. The location is you're heading too and from the airport. The rooms are immaculate. Plenty of beer and drinks choices for those wanting to unwind. Food menu was excellent and both courses that I ordered came really quickly. There are nearby walks to do which you can lose a few hours on or soak up the nice vibes in the bar. I wish I was aware of this before I arrived.

I did not meet any staff on either arrival or departure but had previously spoken to the owner on the telephone who was most helpful. I notice you have a lovely photo of a property in Redhill which people might think is Hathway House! A better map based on walking from the airport is required. Loved the rocking chair & custard creams!

Excellent place to stay for either travelling from Bristol...

Excellent place to stay for either travelling from Bristol Airport (which was the reason for our stay) or if you want a few days break around the area. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was good with both English and curries on the menu.

Whilst I’m fussy, I’m also single, travelled extensively...

Whilst I’m fussy, I’m also single, travelled extensively rarely sleep on flights, so simply wanted bed & shower for the night. There looked to be rather a nice Pub over the road, where I could have gone to eat had I wished. Bus stop opposite for access to City Centre, so more environmentally friendly travel & economic.

Excellent breakfast included.

Excellent breakfast included. A good range of drinks and dining options available all day in a comfortable dining area. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We only stayed one night at either end of our holiday but it was ideal for before and after our flights from Bristol Airport

I had a very early flight in the morning.

I had a very early flight in the morning. The extra cost was avoidable had I booked at the airport hotel. The transport arrangements, made by the owner, at extra cost, would have been avoided and longer in bed for me. The accommodation was comfortable - wish I had stayed there longer and experienced the comfortable bed for longer.

I liked the location.

I liked the location. The images on line made the apartment look great BUT it was cold and the heating wouldn’t turn on as it was on a timer. The second bed was impossible to sleep on as it had a bar sticking in your back. Lamps didn’t work. Tap rotated when we turned it on. No dishwasher tablet provided with dishwasher. They supplied three biscuits and tea/coffee sachets and sachets of milk for the morning. We paid a lot of money for an inferior accommodation and will not stay again.

The hotel was a 10 min walk from the airport , it was a lovely little cottage style place , terry was lovely , my room was at the back.by the parking area , basic but lovely and all u need to get ur head down before or after your holiday, there was tea and coffee supplied , oh and biscuits and takeaway telephone numbers , and a lovely little pub across the road. The planes start going over early in the morning thougb so dont expect a lie in

Very nice hotel. Booked last minute for business in Bristol. Can't fault the place. Good sized car park. Intercom for entry. Once in and walked from car park to hotel manager was there waiting to check me in. Very comfortable Very well equipped. Will consider again if needed.
