This hotel is a real gem, the rooms are superb and are cleaned regularly. The beds are comfortable and you have aircon that really does work. The breakfasts were one of the best I had during countless stays in Gambia and will match the likes of some of the other larger hotels with a simular namesake. The airy dinning rooms are decorated impeccably and the food quality and presentation was stunning. The overriding feature at this hotel is the customer service given by all members of staff, you will not come away disappointed. You are looked after in all aspects and the management team work together to support staff and there customers. This hotel was an accidental find but I will gladly return again and again.

What a great find, boutique really sums it up, only a few rooms, feels vey unique and special, the owner meets and greets and very quickly all the staff get to know you, and make an effort to as well - whether laying your normal place for breakfast through to knowing your preferred drinks. There is a trust bar and Saney even went and got my fav soft drink from the store for me. Saney is a real gem, as an owner he really cares about his staff, personal development and making Gambia a better place, I loved chatting to him and getting his views. Plus don’t forget this is a true Ecco hotel, everything is self sustained. Room always cleaned to a high standard, I house menu for lunch and dinner is all freshly cooked with two great chefs, Rob the day time chef does a great red spiced sauce. Pool area clean and the Wi-Fi is ok - I know Saney discussed hoping to upgrade to fibre when it’s ready. So nothing put praise, small, friendly and value for money.

Very amenable staff. The food is very good and reasonable. Hotel very close to Banjul airport and they offer a free shuttle. We were easily able to extend our stay owing to lost luggage.

From the start everything was excellent. Easy to find because they put a sign to show where they are on the main road. Security guard was very polite and helpful at our arrival, even brought us a pack of water free of charge! The receptionist was professional and always here to answer our questions and sort out any queries we had. The flats were beautifully decorated and clean. The place is quiet and well kept, you feel secure with the security guards there 24/7. All in all from staff to the accommodation, everything and everyone was good! Very good value for money

This hotel is a real gem, the rooms are superb and are cleaned regularly. The beds are comfortable and you have aircon that really does work. What a great find, boutique really sums it up, only a few rooms, feels vey unique and special, the owner meets and greets and very quickly all the staff get to know you, and make an effort to as well - whether laying your normal place for breakfast through to knowing your preferred drinks. Saney is a real gem, as an owner he really cares about his staff, personal development and making Gambia a better place, I loved chatting to him and getting his views. Plus don’t forget this is a true Ecco hotel, everything is self sustained. From the start everything was excellent. Easy to find because they put a sign to show where they are on the main road. Security guard was very polite and helpful at our arrival, even brought us a pack of water free of charge! The receptionist was professional and always here to answer our questions and sort out any queries we had. The flats were beautifully decorated and clean. The place is quiet and well kept, you feel secure with the security guards there 24/7. All in all from staff to the accommodation, everything and everyone was good! Very good value for money
