We adored this place. The host, Flo, is lovely, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are big and well designed: they have everything you need. The bed was really comfortable and there are blackout blinds so we slept like a dream. The pool is glorious and because there aren't lots of rooms often it feels like you have a private villa. Watching the hummingbirds come and go as we were sunbathing was a real favourite of ours. It has very chill, relaxing vibes. Flo is on hand to give you all the information you need, whether it is her thoughtful sheet on the best restaurants in town, or the Guadeloupe guide she has created. Flo also helped us to book restaurants.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Since we arrived quite late, they provided us with detailed instructions on how to arrive to the hotel. We loved the quietness of the location, being able to hear only the waves crashing on rocks and palm leaves moving in the wind. Our room was wonderful, beautifully designed in brown and green tones, with a large and comfortable bed, a terrace and an amazing view. We very much enjoyed sitting there early in the morning or before going to bed in the evening. It also disposes of a fridge, cutlery and an espresso machine. The whole hotel is squeaky clean and beautifully designed. The breakfast was exceptional, with wonderful espresso, croissants and a wide choice of cheeses and fruit. The breakfast is served on the terrace next to the pool with a view of the sea. We enjoyed it very much. Our favourite part of the hotel was the pool itself. It offers a great view of the bay and it was wonderful to swim in it and read next to it after an exhausting flight. We were also lucky to see an iguana soaking up the sun. The staff were super friendly and also enabled us to have a late check-out. We immensely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Guadeloupe.

Both of the hosts are great. It's great to see how much care they are putting into their place. The pool is big enough to enjoy it. The design of the houses and the improvement made in the garden are peaceful. The place is quiet and kids free, which is quite practical will definitely visit again.

This is a fantastic residence. We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments 'Colibri' which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a few themes over our stay, we also enjoyed the Creole evening.The pool area was immaculate. We had a great welcome from the owners who spoke excellent English and they allow guests to continue to use the pool area and a bathroom if they are catching a late flight which is always really helpful. I highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Saint Francois has hidden restaurant gems, including some that are not listed on any app but deserve to be recognized. Special mention to L'Autre Version, which has been totally renovated, is under new management, and has an amazing menu and wine list. On the negative side, Saint Francois needs to have its roads renovated and add more parking spots.

Enjoyed the fact that it was not a big crowded resort- 8 bungalows and 3 apartments in the main building meant small amount of guests; safe, gated enviroment where privacy and laid back, leisurely passtime was possible. Only drawback, for those who are beach lovers,, the best beach was at the village of St. Anne, about 15-20 minutes drive away, but worth the drive! However, a short drive into Saint-Francois where there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Beware! if you are driving, the locals tend to drive extremely fast on the very narrow and pot hole roads !

Unfortunately much of what St-Francois and Ste-Anne had to offer is lost as a result of all the sargasse seaweed that comes to shore. The smell is horrendous and completely ruined the south and east sides of Grande-Terre. Recommend avoiding.

Saint Francois is a lovely resort on the Island .Everybody can find here everything what he wants to have-nice beaches,good restaurants,shops,services,trips.Bus transport could be better organized and it is not too much reliable

We loved our location away from traffic and noise.

We loved our location away from traffic and noise. Saint Francois has everything we needed including easy access to the rest of the island of Grande Terre. Lovely restaurants on the marina and nightlife if that's what you want. It is very close to Pointe du Chateau, the easternmost tip of the island which was magnificent and worth the trip.

We have visited St. Francois 3 times and keep coming back.

We have visited St. Francois 3 times and keep coming back. Although the town is not too large it has plenty of restaurants and boats to the other islands run daily. We hire a car but you could get away with a taxi to/from the airport (35km) and the occasional local bus trip.

This hotel was a "little gem" The rooms were well appointed, the view was outstanding, and the concierge was well versed and offered multiple ideas for the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, breakfasts and the afternoon refreshment after a day of exploring the island. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms are perfectly appointed. We spoke very little English yet we were able to communicate our needs and the staff was very understanding and worked with us to figure out what we needed. Perfect place.

Very good location, quiet area. Gorgeous garden and pool, all facilities in the villa. The owner Franck was very welcoming. He had prepared fruit and rum for us as a welcome and typical food, even a vegetarian dish for one of us. It was all very kindly. He also gave us information about good restaurants, beaches and in general about the life on the island.
