The hotel is just beautiful! It just celebrated its first birthday and everything is brand new an in best condition. The stuff is amazing and so super friendly, as well as discret. The location is optimal, as the area itself is quiet, no tourists walking around - but within a few steps you are in the city center of Rethymnon with all the beautyful spots.

The hotel is very modern, and the attention to detail is fabulous. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning with amazing views of the town was very special. The choice of food catered for all types and varied each day, especially the homemade cakes! The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit. The room was very spacious with our own private balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, with storage space for all our belongings. The pool area was spotless,very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food are available also. Private parking for our hire car just around the corner was an added bonus. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay, and we will definitely be going back.

We stayed at the hotel during our first visit to Crete off season (late March) for a week and would do it the same way again. The hotel offers generous and delicious breakfast/brunch, it's perfectly located in the old town, and our host suggested us a lot of off beat restaurants and places to visit and offered utmost attention. We even had an improvised workshop on how to prepare artichokes - everything was done to make our stay comfortable and memorable!

Beautifully renovated room, modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, not too long a walk to beaches and old town, but a bit of an uphill to come back. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Comfortable and elegant, combined with the generous Greek hospitality. Our room had a great view. Blooming white oleander, the pool -- and the sea in the distance. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the seaside restaurant. Both meals were perfectly prepared and full of flavours. A good choice of wines, too.

Staying at the Manor Chic Hotel in Rethymno was such a wonderful experience. The hotel combines the charm of a traditional setting with chic and luxurious details, creating a perfect blend of heritage and modern comfort. Its location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old town—so we could easily wander through the beautiful streets of Rethymno, discovering amazing restaurants, hidden corners, and experiencing the city like locals. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to their kindness in helping me recover some clothes I had accidentally left behind—they went above and beyond to make sure I got them back. I would highly recommend Manor Chic Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. It’s the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of Rethymno while feeling like a local.

Great Villa, we were a family of eight including 5 adults...

Great Villa, we were a family of eight including 5 adults and three kids. Perfect size, each room with en suite bathroom plus extra toilet downstairs. Main area has open plan sitting room kitchen diner plus downstairs toilet and two en-suite bedrooms. Outside by the large pool are two large en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs is what is basically a self contained flat with open plan bedroom, sitting area, small kitchen, toilet, shower and bathroom plus a great balcony with amazing views. Also upstairs is a huge terrace area with hot tub, unfortunately no covered area so couldn’t use during the day as it was too hot.
