We arrived and they gave us a free update to a truly stunning suite with the most beautiful view that was really appreciated! We dined at the restaurant which was good, but nothing exceptional. Breakfast on the other hand was really good. They have a beautiful private beach that’s very well kept, quiet and comfortable. The whole staff was very kind and attentive (shoutout to Despina and Izmael from the reception team!). Will dream of this place for a long time!

I stayed at InterContinental Crete lately and I can’t say enough good things about it. The service was excellent since the time of our arrival. The staff were very friendly, attentive to details and they did everything possible to make sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The rooms were absolutely awesome— spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern facilities you may need. The bed was extremely comfortable while the view from our balcony was beautiful. One highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool and bar. The pool itself had clear water and gave a breath taking panoramic view of neighboring area. It was a perfect day relax spot as the bar offered a great range of drinks or light bites as well which made it even more interesting. All in all, InterContinental Crete surpassed my expectations entirely. This hotel is a must visit due to its great services, luxurious rooms and an amazing rooftop pool alike! I look forward for my next trip!

They value their customers. Staff was very helpful, friendly and happy from reception to breakfast everyone. The hotel is very clean, excellent breakfast and location.We had an absolutely amazing time at Niko Seaside Resort. The rooms werw spacious and spotless. The location was fabulous, sheltered sandy beach with water sports and close proximity to two local towns which both had an excellent choice of restaurants. The staff were all first class throughout the hotel and extremely polite. Our hotel room was perfect with the added benefit of shared pool which seemed private as the other two rooms adjoining us didn’t use. Would definitely return when next in Crete.

Everything was excellent. Location perfect. Swimming pool & pool bar lovely with great music & cocktails. Roof top bar views incredible. Rooms really great, you can see two options in my video review. Breakfast absolutely delicious with so many yummy things to chose from. Most importantly about the property ALL the staff were amazing in every department. It is a truly wonderful place to stay and we hope to be back again.
