We couldn't have been happier with our choice of a hotel! It's located a few kilometers outside of the center and the old town but this was only a positive thing for us - lying by the pool (a big and clean pool for that matter) it was actually calm and quiet with only some birdsong to be heard. The hotel also provided a free shuttle every half an hour to the center and back so the distance was not an issue whatsoever. The staff was a m a z i n g, I can't compliment them enough. It must've been the warmest welcome I've received at any hotel, in any country, and they kept being so genuinely kind and helpful for our whole stay. The restaurant upstairs offers you the best sunset view in town and we actually ended up having dinner there almost every night since the food was also great there. The breakfast buffet was so great as well, with a big variety of food and omelets made to order. If (and hopefully, when) I return to Chania, I will definitely stay at Royal Sun again.

The quality of the apartment in general is just excellent. The staff is super friendly, fast in the answers, and helpful. They made my trip much better with their help. The room, kitchen and bathroom is great, but the best was the huge terrace with amazing views. Everything was extremely clean and full of details for the customers. The relation quality-price was extraordinary too.

Excellent services. Very nice hotel. It is positioned on the edge of the city which is good because you have parking, but also need a car to get to the city center. The room were clean and comfortable. The pool is awsome. Good breakfast also. The staff is really nice and helpful. We had a very pleasurable stay. Will surely get back here

We liked the location — close to the airport and easy to find — and the pool area was a nice place to relax after travel. The suite was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine but could use more variety, and the overall vibe was more functional than luxurious.

All in all was excellent! Very clean and all new! We had wonderful time here! It was more than we expected! I brought with me the iron because i didn’t see if they have and i found it there also! White and clean sheets and towels. The kitchen was equiped with everything.

Stunning accomodation, all is brand new and modern, perfectly clean and with great hosts! The place is just a bit out of the old city on a quiet street equipped with everything you might need, super safe and bonus the spa bath and closed parking. Could not reccomend more this place!!! Must try the breakfast also. Loved the chocolate croissant! The hosts did all they could and beyond! Bravo!
