Room was very clean and neat. AC was effective and facilities inside the room were of high quality. Breakfast was also of high standard south Indian quality and delicious. Instead of going down to Annapoorna restaurant for food, it is better to order room service if you want to avoid crowd. When my wife fell sick in the hotel room during the stay, the staff was extremely helpful in contacting the doctor in the nearby hospital who arranged for an ambulance immediately and a doctor came to the room and attended to my wife very quickly. Injections and medicines were also arranged promptly.

We stayed at Vivanta Coimbatore for three nights (Jan 17 through Jan 20, 2024). We were on vacation for the first time in India in a decade and we hadn't been back to Coimbatore in 25 years. This was a big trip for us as we had great hopes of reconnecting with dear college friends, close relatives, and the city of Coimbatore, which we did. Our wonderful stay at Vivanta Coimbatore in the central Race Course location just made our visit to Coimbatore a picture perfect trip! We truly enjoyed every aspect of Vivanta Coimbatore. Everything was exceptional—from the hotel's central location; to the room quality, cleanliness, and amenities; to the outstanding breakfast buffet; to the buffer and a la carte options for lunch and dinner; to the bar; and to the professionalism and hospitality of the staff in every department. We want to shout out to some of the staff at the hotel's restaurant for their exceptional service and hospitality—Raj/Raja, Sudhakar, Mohan, the head chef, and the general manager. We also had lovely conversations with them and others at the restaurant. We also want to mention Karthik and Ibrahim from the housecleaning department. Unfortunately, we forget the names of a few others we received exceptional hospitality from, so in that regard, please kindly let ALL of your staff know how much we enjoyed our stay, and how much we appreciated their prompt services and superb hospitality. Also like to mention staff was very nice the lady working day shift was very helpful and the guy working at night also helped us even he himself picked our baggage and came out to help us to find taxi to railway station was very helpful
