The apartment is a good size with a lovely view of the backwaters from the balcony. Although there is a kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge. There were no utensils or plates. So you couldn’t cook. There is a restaurant which serves very nice food at a reasonable price. The pool looked a little dirty and didn’t have any chairs/beds to sit on. Which was a shame. Overall I would recommend to stay at Baywatch.

Wow, this place is truly impressive! The location is stunning—right on the banks of a river with an infinity pool. The walk from the driveway to the indoors is absolutely breathtaking. All rooms have river views, are spacious, and beautifully designed. The dining area is gorgeous, and the indoor-outdoor spaces with koi carp ponds add to the charm. The entire property has an amazing vibe that makes the experience unforgettable. Watching the birds and fishing boats, I felt truly one with nature. The general manager, Robbie, really ensures everything runs smoothly and makes sure all our needs were met. The staff (Anand and the gardener) were fantastic—always there when we needed them, yet discreet when we didn’t. The food (made by chef Akhil) was incredible; every meal was absolutely delicious! Thank you all for making our stay so special!!

So many things to like about this place ! Hosts - Mr & Mrs Jos are really warm, friendly and lovely hosts. Their attention to details is what makes the difference between a good space to a wonderful one. Breakfast - sumptuous and Mrs. Jos is a phenomenal cook. If you are open to exploring the local cuisine, perfect place to try it out. Location and property : for a couple, this is a massive space, and hols true to a large extent for a group of 4-5 people too. Water front location, idyllic and quiet. The waterfront property always adds a different charm. Also, the photos don't do complete justice to the place. The outdoor shower is a blessing and beautiful. Lovely little lanes nearby to explore , populated by different assortment of cats, leading up to the backwater/lagoon. If you want peace and quiet, be it a stayacation or just a space from the urban humdrum, this place fits the bill to the T. Also, it is not super far from fort kochi and can serve as a hub to explore the city and get back to. This was a good vacation for us and we were really happy to spend time here. PS: The pictures of places we explored by foot near to the property.
