A delightful experience staying at the Medley regency, the staff are the best, warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and spacious. We opted for the family suite AKA the royal suite and were very pleased with what we got . Wonderful view from the room and thoughtfully furnished . Best place we've stayed in palakkad ! I spent 9 days in the hotel, the staff is lovely, especially the manager and the little Boss, they were very attentive, given that I came from Guadeloupe and did not speak much English they were very attentive and very patient. All the problems that I presented to them, they found solutions. Personally I say bravo to them, I thank them infinitely for their dedication. I recommend this hotel. Besides in January I come back to spend a few to go back to Munnar.

Great place to stay. It is centrally located in the Pallakkad town close to the railway station. It is one of the very few hotels to have a pure vegetarian restaurant. The place is very neat and clean. The room was spacious. The room service was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay at this place.
