Bed was fab, everything was good with us. Despite some little issues for an old building and a bit dated structure I have to say that everyone sorted out all of my issues and went above and beyond to make us feel. Comfortable. I am pregnant in this Moment and feel very sensitive to lights smells and tiny noises. The staff was so extremely kind and worried to fix anything was not at my standard. That is the thing I aorreviate the most. Thank you again to everyone. Even the director of the hotel gave us good reccomendattuons on where to eat nearby. The man working at the restaurant for breakfast made a good fresh cappuccino and there was plenty of choice, some good baked savoury cakes too!

This is a unique one when it comes to parking. So instead of walking through a hallway to find your room number, you drive to your room. The road on the property is in essence the 'hallway'. You then park your car in front of your room that has the giant room number on the door. (It has a sort of 'private' driveway, separated with a hedge on both sides). It's kind of like you're parking in front of your home. Up until now, this has been the safest and most convenient way I've ever parked my car at a hotel. I love this system. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. Everything was clean. Breakfast was better than a lot of other places in Sicily. (Eggs, bacon, cereal, tomatoes, toast, etc...) The staff was very polite and friendly. The property's outside area was neat, lots of green, well organized infrastructure. A place to sit outside, trash cans available. Abundance of parking space. As well as electric car charging spaces. Very safe, lots of surveillance cameras everywhere. There's fitness facilities, a 24/7 bar and the more expensive rooms have a jacuzzi. Dog friendly hotel. There were no problems regarding my 30kg Labrador. However, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area. The surrounding area isn't too great if you want to go get a coffee on a terrace or something. There is one hiking path I found that goes down to the shore (dangerous, don't swim there). And a shopping mall at a 5min walk that has a pet store, clothing store, supermarkets, pastry store, etc etc...

We only booked this great Hotel on the day as had a change to our travel itinerary with hire car. The staff allowed early check-in having our room ready by just after midday. I read the reviews about the restaurant so was hesitant to eat there that night after walking around Catania. The previous restaurant reviews are far from the truth the restaurant in the hotel is excellent, especially the staff, the quality of flavours of food and selection variety was as good as any town in Sicily. They even had a local draft beer very refreshing after a long drive. The room was on the ground floor but well appointed and insulated plus a large double comfy bed and good shower wash room and facilities. We hadn’t booked Ocean views but for a basic room we got great Ocean views and the late checkout time allowed us to walk around the Catania in the morning before driving out to the airport. Couldn’t fault the place and would recommend a short stay here. Reception staff excellent and so helpful and friendly always there with a warm smile. Thank you to all your team. Will recommend this place to our friends in Australia.

The location and for the host Marcello to help out in keeping your car parked safe in a town like Acireale with narrow and busy roads was wonderful. especially since the location is so close to piazza duomo literally 2 corners away. At first glance the place is small but Marcello is an excellent host, asks you before regarding breakfast only to prepare the best ingredients as if for himself. from the bread to the cornetti (croissants) which he goes and gets himself fresh every morning from the local shops. Plus for a family with 2 kids to have 2 toilets and showers with our room was a big bonus. I would highly rate this place and will visit again for sure especially during the Carnival which is special.

Villa Arianna was wonderful for our family of five, spread out across three of the units. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and responsive (we loved our local Sicilian treats brought to us as we lounged by the pool!). The pool and facilities were impeccably clean. Staying on-location where hosts also live isn't everyone's preference, but if it suits your group, this is a really wonderful destination.

Sara is an amazing host, she gave us a huge room and she’s been always available for any question and attentive to her guests. Every morning she arranged for us a delicious breakfast at the bar nearby and our room was cleaned (and towels changed) after the first two days of our staying. Palazzo Framì is a beautiful old building that the owners have renovated with taste and attention to the details. The terrace at the top floor is stunning with a beautiful view on the Basilica di San Sebastiano, perfect for an early morning coffee or a late afternoon glass of wine. We will definitely go back and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Loved this location and the view from the balcony/window at the grotesques was incredible. Really big room, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Included breakfast at cafe Cipriani each morning was a highlight of my trip! The owner was very helpful, very kind and generous, language barrier no problem.

The host,Marco, was great.

The host,Marco, was great. He made great suggestions for dining.The apartment was very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The view of Mount Etna and the ocean was a real plus. We didn’t see too much of Acireale because we did day trips to Etna and Taormina. Travel was difficult,but worthwhile when we got to our destinations. Due to some guests physical limitations,we didn’t walk around the city too much. Would recommend this Apartment.

The town is wonderful and filled with history. we where...

The town is wonderful and filled with history. we where lucky enough to visit during their carnival, which is something special especially with children. Even the locals are wonderful, mornings in the piazza's are like from a movie, time moving slowly and everyone talking to each other over a coffee. I loved it and looking forward to visit again.

Acireale is a peaceful small city.

Acireale is a peaceful small city. Although not so big but has a lot to offer. The carnival is the main highlight of the city. Piazza Duomo is a lovely square in which there are various churches, restaurants, cafeterias, and outlets within a small walking distance. There are a couple of interesting sites to visit such as the Duomo of Saint Sebastian, the Acireale Cathedral dedicated to the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary where you can go up to the bell tower, and various other adjacent churches. The Museo dei Pupi is also another must-visit site. The museum is about the art of puppetry, an art dating back centuries ago and which still was in place until the 70s. The Biblioteca Zelantea is another site that retraces the history of the city with a library containing historical books and documentation, paintings, statues, and other historical artifacts. The negative aspects of the city circle around the rubbish on the streets and various buildings requiring extensive restoration because they are old and shabby.

We stayed in Acireale so that we were fairly central without...

We stayed in Acireale so that we were fairly central without being in the middle of busy Catania. It was exactly what we had hoped for. A quiet, peaceful traditional sicilian town without the hustle and bustle. It is easy to get to and from the centre and the train station using a shuttle bus and there are regular trains to Catania, Taormina and further afield each day. Despite being a small town there were plenty of places to eat and drink, including some restaurants which could provide gluten free food for coeliacs and a dedicated gluten free bakery which was absolutely divine! We went in August which was also carnival time which was wonderful to watch.

A great hotel indeed, the rooms are in a very quiet area,spacious and very clean, and the parking infront of the room is fantastic , with no hassle for parking.would recomand it for sure! really enjoyed our stay

There are much better place to stay in Sicily.

There are much better place to stay in Sicily. Acireale has very limited restaurants.. good for sea food lovers. Food was expensive! but not much varieties of Italian pizza and pasta! Views were good but Acireale is very quite and 25 minutes walk to the near place! No trains, trams and bus service! You have only two options to travel… walk or taxi. Sea looked beautiful but it was Rocky so I wasn’t comfortable to swim. Toarmina was good great. Avoid sea in Acireale. Go to south where you can find sandy beaches

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful place and when I come back to Sicily this is where I would like to stay again. Giuseppe and his helpers did a great job to provide an excellent service during our staying. Very friendly and always eager to help. The location and the place is the best value for your money. Breakfast was also fantastic. No issue with the parking in front of the building.Big thanks to Giuseppe and his helpers for being so nice and making our stay so wonderful.

Our absolute best stay during our 2 week visit to Sicily! We stayed in apt 1 with a lovely terrace and fully equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom was super quiet and cool during the hot nights. Everything was brand new. The whole location is lovely and we were so lucky to have the place and pool to ourselves during our stay. Our host made our stay even more special by bringing us cake and some ice cream during the warm summer nights. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely amazing place, I haven't met such a friendly stuff yet. Spacious mobile home, free air condition, big terrace, outside kitchen, no strange&stupid rules. Amazing pizza in the local restaurant. The best campsite (from 4 we have visited this year), comparing space/stuff/price. Would come back again if I travel to Sicily again!!
