The location is good! 3-5 mins walk to the Termini Train Station. Best customer service! Both receptionists(sorry I forgot your names!) were very friendly and helpful for first timer tourist like me, giving me information on what to take note of and advise my travel schedule. The best part is the coffee machine near the reception, which is totally free and unlimited for guests to have it! Reasonable room size for 3 luggages(only can open up 2) and reasonable clean and of course reasonable pricing. Might be better than some of the 3/4 stars hotel. Big TV in room, aircon working, water heater, safe working!

Even on the day we declined housekeeping because my wife was feeling unwell, they checked on us to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. Their concern and genuine care made our stay even more comforting, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality they showed throughout our visit. Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Rome! The location was great, It took about 15-20 minutes with a bicycle to reach the great landmarks. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. They even gave me a one size bigger room with the street view like I asked because it was my birthday. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. Truly a wonderful experience—I can’t wait to come back!

Brilliant find!

Brilliant find! Was working at Marco Simone golf club for Italian Open. Chose hotel as it was 4km from course. We did not hire a car intending to use bus. But road too busy to walk along to course from bus stop so had to use taxis. Bus strike one day so owner's son drove us to the course as no taxis available. Brilliant service! Cannot speak highly enough of owner and son. Very accommodating. Breakfast in hotel restaurant - basic continental but plenty. Dinner served in outside restaurant - lovely setting (good weather). Waiting staff also very accommodating - nothing too much trouble. Catering for Italian visitors and locals (we were only 'foreigners' but that is want we wanted). Food selection good - table d'hote daily plus a la carte. Good wine list. Not pricy. No bar in hotel but great little bar/cafe next door, who were also great hosts.

Very decent hotel for a short stay for business purpose in the outskirt of Rome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Hotel has nice deals with a couple of restaurants in the area as well as with the fitness centre next door which is very handy if you stay for business after a busy day. Overall value for money is very good.

Stayed many times in Hotel Torre di Pratolungo over the past 3 years. Staff is very friendly. Location is quiet, rooms are clean. Golden Age restaurant next door is very nice and convenient after a long day of work Location is ideal if you are visiting local industries on Tiburtina area
