Check in was extremely easy, Ludmilla was always available and she helped us on every question we had. The villa has a beautiful garden with pool and barbecue was perfect! The rooms are very spacious and the location is very quite. Overall our stay was very pleasant and looking forward to come back soon!

After a few days on Lake Como and a last minute change of plans for our next stop we landed up at Parco San Marco. It was a wonderful, serendipitous, beautiful few days on Lake Lugano. Arguably more beautiful, without all the tourist craziness of Como. The staff made our family feel at home and our kids not want to leave. The water sports team were the highlight of our trip for our kids. Waterskiing across the border of Italy and Switzerland will be a life memory for my son.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

The hotel was great, located right next to the lake. As we went during the off season, a lot of places were closed so we mainly ate at the hotel. The food was delicious, the wine amazing and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was also well located to be able to go on hikes/walks around the villages and the lake.
