We loved our entire stay here! No complaints at all and only wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was really lovely and spacious and the view from the balconies and windows were spectacular. Michaela was an extremely kind host and picked us up from the bus, and dropped us at a stop further away as it was raining on the day we left. She was also kind enough to pick us up from the lake after we had walked down there (took us about one hour leisurely, steps going down) for lunch and a swim. Village Molina is idyllic and peaceful. There are only two restaurants here and the food was delicious - would recommend making a reservation! The breakfast that Michaela provided every morning was such a lovely start to the day. Thank you so much Michaela, we will definitely be back!

A lovely experience. Off the beaten track so ideal for people looking for peace and quiet but not isolated . Close to a tiny village and to Faggeto Lario and 40 mins to Como and other towns on the lake. Good for solo travellers and families. Up on the hill and not walking distance from Lake. 10 mins by car from Lakeshore. Host very accomodating.

Faggeto Lario, 15 minutes by car from Como, is a hillside small town. People are very friendly. The "Giardino Segreto" is a top level accomodation, new and clean. The host was very courteous and present.

This was an excellent hotel for seeing Lake Como and for just relaxing and letting the boat take the train of driving away. The ferry boat dock is less than five minutes away and you can spend the whole day just exploring the lake by boat

We enjoyed the stay very much and would definately recommend the stay to other people. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely with a kitchenette and lots of storage space, we had a balcony to sit and have a quiet drink while taking in the beauty of Lake Como. We ate in several places and had a great speedboat trip to view some of the other villages on the lake, Walking was good, the hills were quite steep, so you do what you can and go back. The higher you go the more you see. Don't miss it.

We we're suppose to have a rental car, but after some bad...

We we're suppose to have a rental car, but after some bad luck we ended up moving with public transportation with which Faggeto Lario is not impossible, but a bit difficult to reach. There are not too many restaurants (we counted three) and no grocery store. Views are very beautiful though and the ferry ride from Como was also very beautiful. This is a beautiful small village where you can enjoy silence and peace.

Beautiful stay at Domus Plinii. The appartement is very large and well equipped. But mostly the staff is wonderful and so kind and made our stay extra confortable without even us asking, for example they put a baby bath for our baby, such a nice attention ! this hotel is really family friendly! The restaurant and breakfast is very good as well. Little gem on the lake - far from the crowd of some place !

We really enjoyed the stay and I would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, the hotel was 1 min walk from the ferry stop which was a bonus. The view of the lake was absolutely divine and so was the tranquility of the surroundings, very close to a small beach which you can sit at. Not a luxury beach but a beach indeed with wonderful sounds of the waves

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly. We had one of the coolest rooms with a great view. Overall the villa has its own charm, doesn't look like a hotel at all. You can almost feel the luxurious and peaceful homelike spirit all over the place. If I have a chance to return to Como, I'll definitely book a room in this villa again.

Super clean, equipped with everything you might need, and has a beautiful view. Although it is located in a mountainous area, the hotel owner provides transportation with his own vehicle and drive through narrow streets as if you were on a fun little safari:) there is a private parking area available.
