We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is very convenient — it’s easy to reach all the main attractions. lovely setting, beautiful property and views. room was luxurious, maybe a bit small but i did choose that option. staff friendly. breakfast was very good with a large variety of pastries, cheese, meats, eggs and fruit all good except for fruit juice. dinner was lovely, a bit pricey. definitely worth a visit with some wine estates to visit in the area.

This was really great!!! The hotel is located inside old town which is magnificent, the view is fantastic. Everyone was so friendly, room was clean with everything in place. We were asked what would we like to have for breakfast. Parking is nearby, free. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in the heart of the historic centre. It offered beautiful views of the medieval centre and from the rooftop terrace, spectacular views of the lake. The piazzas were quiet n the morning but were lively in the late afternoon and evening when people gathered for drinks and food. Never too noisy though. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Gorgeous meal with lots of local specialties. The buffet breakfast offerings were varied and so delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access by walking to the beach and the ferry. It was a perfect weekend getaway. I would come back in a heart beat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service from reception/bar, breakfast, bicycle rental. Rooms were nice, and spacious, decor needs a little updating but everything was clean. It was a walk away from the train and also the castle. Although the hotel helped get us to the train station in the heat of the day. Overall a really pleasant experience for the little time we stayed there.

Staff were amazing and helped me out with anything that I needed. Great location! Right across the road from a big supermarket and close to some great restaurants. 15 minute walk to Rocca del Leone and the gorgeous historic town, and 5 minutes from the lake front. Felt super comfortable and safe here!
