The room was super comfortable and modern. It was clean. And they put everything you could need there. Also they host you with tea and coffee that you could make in your room and also water in fridge. Also the staff were very nice . They kindly delivered my luggage before check-in time and one of them called Marlys was super gentle and explained me everything about what I could see during my visit in Florence and restaurants bars and tours.

We enjoyed the Happy Hour wine tasting, it was a great and fascinating experience, particularly since we couldn’t travel to the Tuscany areas to enjoy that type of tasting.

What impressed us the most was the peaceful ambiance that allowed for a good night's sleep. The staff was consistently kind and eager to assist with our requests, enhancing our overall experience. Also the common areas are not only visually appealing but also very comfortable, which made our time spent there quite enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect for train travelers, as it's close to the station yet tucked away on a quiet side street. It's also conveniently close to the city center, making it an ideal base for exploration. We had a great time at c-hotel Joy, I highly recommend it for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in the city.
