Excellent apartment. Great location, 5 minutes from the lake. Very quiet but central; neighborhood: restaurants, pastry shops, bakeries. The room is excellent; king size bed, comfortable, and you have a sofa in the kitchen as well. Huge fridge, electrical outlets everywhere; hairdryer. Nothing is missing. Washing machine and dishwasher; electric stove, careful decoration; new apartment. Excellent soundproofing. Total blackout with windows that close 100%. The shower is great. LED lights; kitchen with 1 table, chairs, Big wardrobe in the room. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking very private and safe; you can see the car from the main window. Breakfast is served at bar nearby. It opens before 7 am, which is convenient for those who like to get up early. Everything is very clean, organized, extreme cleanliness. Good WIFI, because it is a fiber optics connection. It has 2 TV with numerous channels. The decoration is very elegant and brand new.

Very clean, comfortable apt. Grat location close to everything. The A/C was much appreciated. Would use it again 😊 had supper at il Pirata, nice restaurant, make sure you drive its a long walk otherwise. Getting around was very easy.

The lake is beautiful, with a black volcanic sand beach and fresh water, and traditional restaurants serving good food for little money. A stroll through the medieval town center, especially in the evening, was beautiful and romantic.

A charming town with a picturesque old town.

A charming town with a picturesque old town. Its riverside location is perfect for strolls. There's a long promenade lined with greenery. An ideal base for excursions to places like Pitigliano, Bolsena, Capodimonte, and Tuscania. Very friendly people and an incredible number of dogs! :-)

A charming little village for those seeking tranquility,...

A charming little village for those seeking tranquility, with a lovely lakeside walk, and close to places of interest such as Viterbo, Orvieto, and many historic villages, it's ideal for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With bars, shops, and restaurants, especially Locanda Ristorante da Otello on the lakeside, it offers excellent quality food and the staff are exceptionally friendly.

A charming, quiet village with small beaches within walking distance for swimming in the lake. Restaurants overlooking the lake. From Marta, you can visit other villages overlooking the lake, such as Capodimonte, Grotte di Castro, Bolsena, Montefiascone, etc.

This was a truly amazing place to stay; very modern and superbly equipped with everything you could want. It is simply extraordinary for the price and Marta is well worth a visit. We will be back hopefully and stay longer. Off street car parking is included and there is a Nespresso machine and access to Netflix as well.

Very cosy and comfortable apartment. We were staying during the Christmas period and everything in the house was specially decorated! Also we love a lot of small vintage items and details in the house to make a real "home" feeling. Host also was very nice and friendly.
