Location, birds are singing 24 hours a day. It is really magical, green, no croud. Food in the hotel is very tasty. Stuff is friendly. Appartement was big, comfortable and clean. It was really premium staying there. I would recommend the accommodation to families or couples to recharge their batteries.

Alessandro, was a perfect host. Friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Dinner was delicious and the choices available at the breakfast buffet were impressive. A great place to stay when exploring San Gimignano and surrounds. We would love to return and spend more time enjoying the facilities.

Everything. Great views of the coast with spectacular sunsets. Room was lovely, with wonderful facilities, and my wife had 3 nights free of back pain because of the exceptional mattresses. Breakfast was also a highlight with excellent produce and very good cooked eggs offerings. Christiano was unbelievably helpful and friendly.

Luca was an excellent host providing information about the area. The hotel was modern, suberbly fitted and spacious (the room could have done with another mirror in the bedroom). All the staff were lovely and breakfast was generous - great coffee.

POSITIVE: The location of the apartments and the pool.

POSITIVE: The location of the apartments and the pool. The care taken in the grounds. NEGATIVE: Apartments without air conditioning, fans, or even mosquito nets. Kitchen utensils are sparse. The TV doesn't work and has never been repaired. No hairdryer in the bathroom. The property's bar is always closed. One gets the impression that the owners are taking advantage of tourists without any respect.

The structure is very beautiful!

The structure is very beautiful! Everything is poorly managed! Starting from the breakfast where there is no fruit, to the food discovered with thousands of insects on it. For some mix-ups they compensated us with spa packages, but anyway, apart from the girl at the reception and at the spa, they are completely lacking.

There are truly many nicer, more unique, and more lively...

There are truly many nicer, more unique, and more lively Italian villages to be found in this part of Tuscany. It's truly remote, and there are no special attractions to be found in this quiet village. So you have to drive a long way to see, do, or eat anything.

Aside from the excellent accommodation we had, which we were very happy with, the place itself is rather unfriendly. Finding something to eat in the evening can be a bit difficult at times. However, if you have a car, this is manageable.

Great location and fantastic service from the staff. We did a cooking class which was great, the chef was very knowledgable and fun. The hotel was amazing, the pool was lovely to relax by. Food and wine at the restaurant was delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing countryside retreat.
