We had such a lovely time here! Marta was an amazing hostess and gave us some recommendations for what to do and places to eat (Al Porto restaurant in Clusane was beautiful and the nature reserve in Paratico was so lovely we stayed for ages watching all the birds nesting and diving into the water - saw one catch a crayfish) The house - it is a stunning complex of 4 different apartments, each very private with either a lovely terrace overlooking the mountains or a balcony overlooking the lake. There is private parking in a garage and very secure access to everything. Very safe neighbourhood. There is an infinity type pool (we didn't use as the weather was cold but I wanted to!) and some really beautiful resting areas near the pool and indoors overlooking the lake that are communal. There's a balcony to eat your breakfast with lake views. Marta made us all delicious breakfasts each morning from 8-10 buffet style and we couldn't have asked for more. There are many tea and coffee options too. Overall we couldn't recommend Fosteria la Pendita more and will be coming back! Grazie mille Marta!

we used this accomodation option due to all hotels were fully booked on business trip in holiday season, 2 persons. very clean accomodation on 1st floor in calm area with the lake view, 6mins walking to the center. public parking next to the house, and also possible inside, we stayed outside. extra matrace and pillows - I usually stay in hotels, and this was super quality sleeping here. large apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 bigger and 1 smaller with twin beds, we used one each) and 1 bed in living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom with shower and also small bath. evening siesta and breakfast on terace👍 Furniture is not super modern, but all comfortable and traditional and in perfect condition, fits perfect with the area. kitchen equipped well with quality stuff, we felt like at home. sitting in the garden we did not use, but was also available. the lady Silvia very nice and supportive 👍

I spent 2 nights in this hotel with my girlfriend. Very nice location close to many wine producers and to the lake. New hotel with beautiful rooms, nice staff (they helped to find locations for drink and eat, took reservations and suggested us) and good breakfast. Everything was clean and stylish.

The apartment was super clean. It is much bigger than I thought and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are very large. The hosts were really great. They went out of their way to help me with an electricity adaptor I needed and left various goodies in the kitchen. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the bridge connecting Paratico and Sarnico(?). There's a large supermarket near by , too. The surroundings are also nice. If I visit the area again, I'll definitely want to stay there.

We loved the location and being in Paratico. There are a few old railway buildings which remain here, given a new lease of life. The renovation of this one has been well thought out and works perfectly. We enjoyed visiting a neighbouring cafe for a welcoming breakfast - the system of tokens works well. Also a supermarket close by up a small hill was very handy.

The location of this hotel was amazing that offers a great front view of Lago d'iseo. It was accessible to town, a few mins walk to the restaurants and offers wide range of variety for breakfast. The staff are very accomodating and nice, very helpful in answering your queries and offers solutions.

The location is amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the lake and it’s very convenient to go out for a walk. I only stayed there for one night but the room was great and had a nice view over the lake.
