We had a very pleasant stay at Cinque Terre Escape. The apartment is pleasant and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent for those looking for peace and a connection with nature. One big plus is that they accept pets — we were traveling with our dog and felt very welcome, which made a big difference to our experience. Additionally, the hosts were extremely helpful: we forgot some important personal items, and they kindly arranged to send everything to us by post, carefully packed. This gesture shows their commitment and responsibility toward their guests. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely return. Thank you very much for everything!

The owners are very friendly. They drove me from the station to the property. The property is very close to the stairs to/from the station and the shuttle bus stop. Plus, from the balcony, you have the amazing view of Manarola, embraced by the sea!

Antonella is super nice and helpful. She indicated to us how to get to the Cinque Terre train and towns. The location of the hotel is great because the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it drives you right to Manarola, the first of the Cinque Terre towns, in minutes. There you can enjoy the town and take the train to visit all the other little towns. The breakfast was super! They have fruits, eggs, pastries, yogurt, and many other options. Of course, with delicious coffee! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back to Il Saraceno when back to visit Cinque Terre.

This hotel is a gem. We booked a 5 night stay and we absolutely loved it. This place is designed for relaxation and is a great jumping off point for exploring the region. All of the facilities- pool, dining room, bedroom are lovely and well appointed. But the best thing is how accommodating the staff are. All of the staff, but particularly Yaunes at the desk, made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. They were very accommodating, answered our questions and created a very positive vibe. The rooms are large and uncluttered and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinners were terrific. Someone noted that they don't serve lunch, but they have a bar menu that includes items like salads with protein that are more and enough for lunch. Another plus is the free shuttle that takes you to the station or into the town. It was also easy to walk into town on our own but I would not recommend trying to walk to the hotel with luggage.
