Excellent service from each and every staff member, from the moment of our arrival, Enrico was gracious, thoughtful, and informative about parking, the room, the hotel, the town, and where to eat. He also got us last-minute dinner reservations just down the street at a delightful osteria - a last-minute RSVP on a rainy, Saturday night! The general areas and guest room were stylish, comfortable, and spacious. The all-marble bathroom was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with an excellent selection of beauty products, tissue, and towels. Enrico also showed us how to use the shutters, key card, and TV. Very elegant and efficient! The breakfast room, food, and service were also excellent, right down to the fresh passionfruit and homemade yogurt. We look forward to coming back to Bergamo and staying at this wonderful small hotel!

Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. - the hotel seems to be brand -new. It is a very state-of-the -art hotel. The surrounding area is in the middle of a reconstruction phase. Once this is finished, the hotel will definitely benefit. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Very Cosy set of Apartments with nice and professional owners close to a frendly neighborhood.In 2 minute distance there is an affordable and easy to find cafeteria called KIOSKO Torrefazione Artigianale Bar.At first getting around might seem difficult,mainly because as of right now there are only two buses that allow to move around the entire province.

Incredibly hospitable hosts, whose goal is to ensure their guests have a relaxing holiday. It's also great that they speak English. The location is a bit tricky to find, but it's breathtakingly beautiful on the hill of Ville d'Alme. The B&B is beautiful, modern, and fully equipped. A great base for wonderful hikes. Highly recommended!

Incredibly kind host, stayed up late to check us in as there were delays with our flight and car hire. Communication through the app was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is just 20 minutes drive from Bergamo airport and has plenty of free parking - it's quite easy to miss the turn off the main road so go slowly. About 2 minutes walk away is a wonderful café that does incredible pastries. Highly recommended, will stay again.

The host was very supportive and nice he even pick me up form Bergamo train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport with just a few euro i really appreciate that.
