The suite was impeccable. The room was very large and comfortable. I've noticed only few area of improvements. For example the lack of main switch near the bed, a larger bathroom shelf could be useful. But these are only small area of improvements because the room itself was excellent.

The hotel is really nice, rooms are new and shiny, decorated with traditional patterns, quiet at night. Personnel at the reception is very helpful and welcoming, they really helped us a lot during our stay, especially with bus tickets from KG to KZ. The breakfast is quite good, you can load yourself with 120-150 g of protein if you like, or have a delicious pastry for a cheat meal. The guests were mostly foreigners (non-CIS).

This is definitely the best hotel I stayed in Bishkek. Everything is nice, the bed is ultra comfortable. great value of money. The staff are so nice and welcoming. They have their own cafeteria and offers free coffee and snacks. I love this hotel very much.
