What you see is what you get. The room ambience is exceptional. They have heater to feel comfortable during winter. The bathroom is clean with complete amenities. The reception staff are extremely friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Lera, Malik and Ahmed made me feel at home throughout my stay – thank you all! They were always available to answer any questions about the city and local ways of doing things, and even helped me with scanning and copying documents I needed for my business trip. The decor of the hotel is very pleasant, everything is perfectly clean, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The location, while not exactly central, was ideal for where I needed to be, and it’s very easy to get a Yandex taxi from here. For those on a budget, bus No. 7 is great for reaching Osh Bazaar, Chui Avenue and the city centre. The hotel’s territory is secure, with a guard on site at all times. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back in the future.
