Their owner is a open minded and responsible man with good English standard. Staffs are young and friendly. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with balcony. Their breakfast was awesome. We did encountered difficulties to access wifi in room but they provided solution swiftly. This is what I really care. I do not need a perfect robot, but I enjoy services by good people.

We had the most wonderful stay with Saro and are so glad we chose to stay here. His wife cooked delicious meals and we enjoyed chatting at the table with him and the other guests - Saro shared about his life and about Cambodian life and culture. Our kids loved playing with the kids and the animals (especially the cats). The location (a little out of town) is so pretty - and an easy walk to see the bats or walk up to the temple. Saro organised tuk tuks to pick us up from the train, a guided tour around Battambang, a vehicle to take us to the ferry, and our ferry tickets - all so helpful. We highly recommend staying here for a quiet, peaceful, authentic experience.

Staying at Maison Wat Kor is like being in a small paradise. The location is slightly remote from the city in a green location full of trees, bushes, and a pond all providing an harmonious place to spend a few days. The staff is super nice and helpful providing tips and tricks for the stay (what to see, what to do). The rooms are well built and equipped in this little paradise. It is definitely a place to stay when traveling through Battambang.

Really nice hotel with charme! The beautiful garden with a natur pool is stunning. Food is delicious. Staff was really friendly and helpful. They have a private tuk tuk driver who is a really nice and helpful person with good English knowledge. The owner is always around and asked several time if everything is alright. Really nice people there!

After reading the poor reviews for the hotels, hostels and guest houses in Battambang, we decided to stay at this homestay. A very good decision! This homestay is spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed the little special features throughout this property. The owners are very friendly and very attentive to their guest's every need; always checking if we are comfortable and satisfied. The group of small, cute children really gave this delightful accomodation a fun, family atmosphere. Our hosts gave us a walking tour of their village, and even their bird's nest facility. Our hosts told us many things about the local area, and even their own lives. We stayed in the room with the air conditioning! Very comfortable and clean! A hot shower is available. We loved the welcoming fruit and towel sculptures in all the rooms! Motorcycle rental is available for only $8 per day! I wish we could have stayed longer! When departing, our hosts booked our bus tickets for us, and even gave us a ride to the bus station. This amazing homestay is my place to stay every time I am in Battambang!

Setha was the kindest and most caring host we have ever had. It truly felt like being part of her family. The bungalow was simple, but exactly what we wanted — a peaceful, natural place that felt like a little green paradise, surrounded by nature and overlooking a pond with lotus flowers. The food was always freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Setha took care of everything for us — from arranging a wonderful tour to organizing our transportation to Phnom Penh. Staying at the World Homestay in Battambang was a relaxing, authentic, and unforgettable experience. We can highly recommend it!
