I rested at the YAHOO Dream hotel in early May, flew to Phnom Penh at night, the hotel offered and organized a transfer in advance, the price is lower than taxi offers, which is very pleasant. You just have to voice the problem and here is the solution. This is not my first time in Cambodia, I have something to compare with, I have stayed in hotels of different levels and none had such a loyal attitude towards guests. I am a comfort person, I own a service business myself and attention to customers is essential for me, so I always evaluate and emphasize customer service in the places I visit. Next to the hotel there is an insanely beautiful beach, wild, but insanely beautiful: blue water, white sand, everything as we love)) You can get to the beach by bike, which is also provided by the hotel. The villa I lived in had a swimming pool, every morning opening my eyes, I took a step and dived into the pool, nothing is as energizing as a morning pool in hot Cambodia. The hotel provides several breakfast options, I took a traditional American one. The hotel is quiet and secluded, but nevertheless it is a great option to come here with a company. Each villa is private, which is also a big plus

First and foremost the main reason we enjoyed our stay here is because of the staff. Specifically Kim Ladang was the most kind, generous and thoughtful host and made sure we were so comfortable and at ease. The other staff are very attentive but not overbearing. Very happy smiles everywhere. Buffet breakfast is incredible. Infinity pool and fitness centre are amazing.

Fantastic stay in this lovely hotel, in a prime location, 1min walk from the private beach, and the best beach stretch with white sand and lovely clear water. 3 Restaurants, right on the beach, with shade and lovely scenery of the sea.Can swim, as the sea is so calm. The staff are wonderful, and so helpful, and friendly. Special thanks to Sean, Charly, Kim Sok Hour, Vanndy, Marith, Chan Seileka, Chrok Chrav I booked this hotel with no research, but when i arrived, i was amazed. Staff are so friendly and such a homely atmosphere. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and always at hand to help and go beyond their duties. Free shuttle service to the city centre in a luxury vehicle, Amazing !! Great breakfast with local and foreign cuisine. Lovely pool and sunbeds, and massage on site, again, superb. Room service is prompt, and efficient, and no one is waiting for tips. The staff are very attentive, and so friendly, but not waiting for tips. Thank you, thank you, thank you. A magical place, a wonderful hotel. We would like to thank everyone — both the administration and the service staff. I won’t go into details because everything was perfect from arrival to departure. P.S. After JATI hotel we arrived at Koh Rong Island, at the Golden Beach Resort, and compared to JATI it was like night and day 😢 I highly, highly recommend JATI hotel to everyone!!! We will definitely return to this hotel, and more than once!

We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow with a beautiful morning view. The bungalow was spacious and very clean, and we never had to worry about anything crawling inside. The food was always delicious, and the cocktails at the bar were great. The island is truly stunning — a long sandy beach, crystal-clear water, and a private, peaceful atmosphere with no crowds of tourists, which I personally really appreciate. There are plenty of activities to enjoy as well. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

The best hotel with the best manager and staff and immediate service from the staff. They will inform you about everything, arrange taxi tours and everything you need. Great breakfast with a wide variety of products. Very nice pool where the sun sees it all day. The hotel is in the center and within walking distance and you can walk all over the city. In the hotel and in the rooms there peace and quiet without noise. The room's bathroom and shower is always clean and easy to use. I highly recommend this hotel for your staying in SIHANOUKVILLE
