The hotel was so nice, I liked the Korean heating system. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice room with city view. The complimentary sandwich was also very delicious. And the valet parking was also very helpful.

The hotel is located in the middle of the tourist area in Jeju city. Lots and lots of places to eat and shops catering for tourist. Large rooms and comfy beds. The staff, namely Helen - did above and beyond to help and answer any question or need we had. Really a great welcome to Jeju. I'd love to return here

The location, away from crowds, was very peaceful with beautiful scenery- surrounded by trees. The room was spacious with a huge window overlooking the forest. The staff was exceptional- they helped us with an issue we were having regarding our return flight, they spoke to the flight booking agency on our behalf due to language barriers. They attended to our every request. The food at the restaurant was amazing! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!
