Everything was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, we got room on the 10th floor, corner view to the sea, which was really nice. And the bed was huuuuuge! Location was also good - we came by ferry to Jeju island and walked from ferry terminal to the hotel, which is on the shore of the sea and there are many attractions within short walking distance (2-10 min) - Tapdong plaza, Beach Concert Hall, Chilseonglo (shopping street), Black Pork street, Dongmun Traditional Market, where you can eat tasty local food. If it would be summer, then you could go for a swim right by the hotel or in a nice outdoor pool 😉

The Hotel Leo staff are all excellent, friendly, well trained, and with a great service attitude. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location in Jeju City allows you to easily find good restaurants and other interesting places. As small as this is, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all have large labels, so even with my eyes, it was easy to know which one was which, even without glasses on. Highly recommended hotel in my opinion.

Love this place. Room is clean and is cleaned everyday. The staff are very friendly. Comfortable bed. Location is in the center of Jeju city and close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle too, which is very convenient. My friend left her hat behind in the room when we checked out. I contacted the staff and they shipped the hat to our next stay in Seoul to us. Excellent service!

It is full of nature outside the city.

It is full of nature outside the city. Small population of about 670,000 so there is no crowds of people. The island has much to offer. We had not explored Seogwipo which some people we met in Jeju said it was a place they would go again. (Seogwipo). Depending on what each person likes, we wold go more for the nature and sights, food and culture.

Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty!

Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty! The public transport is good; however, the island is sooo big, so it's super recommended to renting a car. the food is awesome but a little bit expensive. Must to eat black pig and a lot of sashimi and abulone.

Jeju is just amazing, people are just exceptional around, very cheerful and very loving to the baby. We loved every bit of jeju, the clear blue sky, the beaches, the infra, coffee shops, bakery. Literally everything. Jeju is so colourful. Whereever the eye rolls its filled with hues. The place has its own vibe. Must visit once in life

Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all.

Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all. We were a group of three between 29-33 years old. Great and diverse food, amazing nature, great hiking trails, amazing beaches, locals who are used to both domestic and foreign tourists (+-13.000.000 a year) and competitive ferry pricing with eg Hanil ferries which you can easily book from 30 bucks round trip. Book the third class and proceed to chill on deck and in the on board restaurant as the trip is a mere 2.5 hours. Jeju city has a lot to offer, but the city in the south is also great (Seogwepo). If you feel like dining at the beach there are a lot of niche options like beach club Vadada and born to be burger/pizza at the pool and football stadium. Summarized we did not have enough on our long weekend trip there. 10/10.

I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride...

I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride anyway... I found an old bicycle on the street, but the seat was not rideable, I could ride it standing up but not sitting down. So I stopped in a car mechanic's shop and a simple fix for free and I was on my way. Jeju National Museum of Art was interesting.

The location is excellent, across the road from Dongmun Market and a short walk from the Black Pork restaurants street and shopping streets. One of the hotel staff, Park Cheyeon was very friendly and helpful. She speaks English well and helped make our stay in Jeju so much more pleasant. Renting a car is necessary if you want to explore the island. The hotel has its own parking area in the back which accommodates up to six cars.

LOTTE Hotel is centrally located in airport district (new) of Jeju around 10 minutes from the airport. It is a large hotel with all facilities expected for hotel of this size. Rooms were spacious and clean. 24 hours reception and concierge at door. Reception is on the 6th floor. Hotel staff and very friendly and helpful . Room prices were very reasonable

The booking included a 50% discount for the Nanta Theatre, which I could attend and it was such a fantastic experience by itself. The hotel has a convenience store from 7 to midnight, which is extremely convenient. I was traveling for a research visit at Jeju National University, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Lovely view of the sea and promenade. The room was clean and comfortable. There was ample parking below the hotel. The Illy coffee store in the lobby serves great coffee and breads. It is within walking distance of the pedestrian shopping street and the night market on Jeju Island.

This hotel has the most wonderful view in jeju island. Woljeong beach is very very impressive. The hotrl price was very affordable and the korean porridge was very good. We felt very welcome. See you again in the near future.
