We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Crown Hotel in Ampitiya and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the General Manager and his team. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests - truly commendable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful views and immaculate facilities, but it was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the General Manager that truly made my stay memorable. His professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service is a true asset to the hotel. Since there was flooding, I was in communication and ask them to change the facility to some other on the south. There were amazing and quickly did it without any problem. We had amazing time at their chain hotel in Bentota - Taru Long house. I would definitely always pick up these hotels if I would go again to Sri Lanka

The staff was caring and really listened. The showers were warm, and the view was perfect.we liked the fact that it was 2km away from downtown Kandy. The sri lankan breakfast was good as well. The pool looked good, but we didn't try it.

It's unbelievable what treasure we were able to discover here. Small but nice, remote, high in the mountains above Kandy, we had three wonderful days here. Very nice, modern rooms, a breathtaking view and a very strong team make this hotel what it is. Every wish was met and fulfilled. Our daily planning was supported... tucktucks and taxis were organized... and last but not least, an outstanding breakfast was prepared for us every morning according to our wishes. It was wonderful and when we are back in Kandy we won't have to think about where to stay. You're doing great guys, The Summit - Kandy is an absolute recommendation!
