The staff is extremely hospitable and always willing to help. The pool is clean, and the garden is very beautiful. There is also a large aquarium which looks impressive. In the room, we had a mosquito repellent device, and we could shower with the door open because it was protected with a mosquito net. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Highly recommended! A simple “thank you” is truly not enough. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. We even got a free airport pickup. Everything was complimentary 😄 Water, breakfast, airport pickup and drop-off — all included. We were also traveling to another country besides Sri Lanka and needed to leave 3 bags because of the weight limit. They were incredibly cooperative and agreed immediately, and when we returned, we found our bags exactly as we left them. Honestly, thank you so much — this definitely won’t be our last time with Airport A4 Transit Hub. If you are seeking a cozy, clean place with a very helpful team and close to Bandaranaike Airport, it is highly recommended.

The time I spent in Steps Garden Resort is remarkably Wonderful. Staff very helpful, well trained and their hospitality is beyond. The room was hygiene and had a nice view. If I have more time before I end my trip I’d love to spend another time at this resort

Very warm service. We reached late at night and Concey was waiting for us and welcomes us warmly.. even offered tea at that late and generally helped us. The place is very clean and very good value for money

Mr Basil and Mr. Priya on arrival were very welcoming and friendly. Caring about how my fought had gone and making sure the check in process was quick and efficient. During my stay Mr. Basil was very conscious and attentive that my stay was good and comfortable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Mr. Basil and was always keen to help done with a smile and a kind word. I have to mention the food, both breakfast and dinner prepared by Mrs. Lathi. Both were of excellent quality and very delicious. I went for Sri Lankan breakfast which was a great choice. Tasty, plentiful and very well prepared. The first nights dinner was some of the best tasting food I have eaten in sometime. Mrs. Lathi’s dhal was out of this world. Thank you. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great hotel close to the airport but in a quiet location. Room was a good size, clean and had all the amenities. The food was amazing, we loved the kottu in particular, couldn’t find a better one in Sri Lanka!

The room was spacious and clean. The family is really sweet and the hotel is a massive bungalow that is beautifully made. The owners are extremely sweet, honest and kind people. Located very close to the airport. The beach is 10 mins by tuk tuk. Pick me works well here. Highly recommend. Spar grocery mart is 6-8 mins walk and right at the corner of the street there is a bakery caravan fresh where we went for breakfast. Really delicious. We didn't get to try the food they serve but you can let them know beforehand if you would like any meals there. The sunset is beautiful from their pool.
