From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome. The team was amazing! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, as were the lobby and restaurant areas. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! They arranged early check-in. We missed our 10 pm bus due to oversleeping, but the staff quickly arranged transportation to the city. Their exceptional help in the middle of the night made all the difference for us.

We had a fantastic 5night stay at Caritas hotel in Trincomalee! The price was very reasonable considering the nice spacious room, big comfortable bed, sea view from our balcony and free breakfast! The location is amazing, right opposite the beach and super close to everything. Downstairs you can also have good lunch and even do your shopping in the Caritas shop. Overall wonderful and we really recommend! Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff:)))
