This was fantastic! At Web of Life, we had the most wonderful time! The resort is situated in an incredible spot, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view of a lake, and close to a hill offering a 360-degree view of the Wasgamuwa National Park and the Knuckles Mountain area. We stayed there for three nights and saw more wildlife than ever before: a huge variety of birds right outside our room, wild elephants just 10 minutes away, as well as peacocks, wild hens, and squirrels roaming through the resort. What we especially appreciated was the staff’s extensive knowledge of nature and their enthusiasm for protecting wildlife. Everyone was so warm-hearted and generous, and the food was absolutely delicious! We would love to visit again, perhaps for a longer trip next time!

This place is a real retreat in the nature. The accommodation is located in authentic rural surroundings and from the host Supun and his family we learned a lot about local life. The visit to local buddhist temple was unforgettable experience. The safari was wonderful, we saw about 60 elephants and both Supun and the driver have a good eye for all kinds of animals and birds. Other nature trips and activities are also possible. Supun's mum is a great cook, all meals were lovely. Thank you! We would love to come back.

This place honestly felt like a fairytale. You wind your way in through a lush rainforest path, skip across a felled tree and stumble upon a treehouse nestled in a clearing right by a bubbling brook. Loved the adventure, loved the location, would love to have stayed longer.

Spacious comfortable room with separate entrance. Large bathroom with shower. Beautiful scenery if a little remote ( not a criticism, just something to be aware of) Walking opportunities straight from door. The weather wasn’t kind to us but we did get one morning when we were able to do the tea experience. The best part for me was the food - they prepared some wonderful gluten free Sri Lankan meals for me which was the best food I had in our 3 week trip. Dave is very engaging and we enjoyed our chats with him.

Everything was perfect! Caring staff and a very good chef in the kitchen. Our room was amazing and the view was perfect. We had a very good time there.
